Finished work until later today after my nap I’m in bed . Going to sleep until 2.

Im so extremely tired today

I had 2 cups of coffee and still slept another 2 hours after that.

I had to reschedule my appt because i am exhausted.

And i got a full nights rest so idk whats going on.

Also i found a tick in my house last night

Hey guys, I finally got a physical done!! Haven't had one in like a year and a half or 2. The doctor was very nice, she prescribed the birth control patches I used to be on a long time ago as nice as it is to not get them, I know it's not healthy. So everything went well. That clinic is right across the street from the mental health clinic I go to so it's very convenient. I'm just trying to be as healthy as possible and make sure I stay on top of checkups and stuff. I think it's a good thing to do for anyone. Plus the fact that my mom , grandmother and aunt had cancer, that kind of scares me so I just try to stay proactive in my healthcare.

See you guys tomorrow! Gotta do laundry and work on my final draft of the essay. Hope everyone is well!

Kids fed, dogs fed, cat played with, meds taken...I’m on a roll. Now everyone is in their rooms and I’m sitting on my butt.
Long day despite my nap. Work was slow for the few hours I was on. Going to be the same tomorrow. I can’t tell you how nice it is to have those couple hours a day between work and mom back even if I’m just sleeping. I’ll miss the extra money but 20 - 25 hours is really ideal for me. I should be done daily by noon.
