It's cool outside but hopelessly hot and stuffy in the room. I hope I'll run into the maintenance guy and see if he can fix the AC..

Good morning, decided to switch to decaf coffee so I bought that today.
At school revising my essay. Do t have class till 2 but it gives me time to get it finished, printed, and time to hang out in the lounge on my laptop and eat lunch.

Is 120/60 blood pressure normal? That's what it was when I went to the doctors yesterday, I assume they'd have said something if it wasn't okay

My moms surgery is over, they said it went well...she is still sleeping but no lymph node involvement which is great 👍

I ended up running errands instead of sleeping. I’m tired now though. Already wishing I’d taken that nap.
I returned a couple outfits I bought when I was out with my daughter. I decided one was too short and the other just didn’t look right. Too bad because they were cute.

Yeah anything around that range is normal. If you’re over 120/80 it starts getting tricky but I read somewhere that some places now consider 140/80 as getting into the danger zone. Mine usually falls around 105/55 which is considered a normal low. |
