Maybe it’sbecause it’s been so long since I’ve had an actual fire but it’s filling the void. Also if any of you want to be happy I recommend reading the little book of hygge...the images it evokes have made me happy just reading it. I feel like making rice crispy treats or something from my childhood.

I’m ok...my mom is starting to get nervous though....her surgery is Thursday....I wish it had been the first day because I was keeping her distracted having fun until the 31st....then after she was home alone she started getting nervous....but she was in a hurry to leave Chicago because she wanted to clean so there wasn’t a lot I could do....I don’t know if I mentioned that but my parents drove me back to Chicago so we could see the gardens for my mom. I also made her a photo book but it won’t arrive until next week...I was wishing she could have it during her surgery.

I'm definitely nervous. Nervous to perform music again for the first time in almost a decade. Nervous for having the responsibility to stay well, to handle myself and practice. It's going to be difficult. But I did this once before in the past. I can do this again.

Used to have a fire pit at our old place it was a lot of fun having wiener roasts and s’mores on them. But alas, at our place now you aren’t allowed to have fire pits.

Had a weird day yesterday, felt like I was going to snap from stress so I took a klonopin. Hadn't taken one in 3 months so it's not like I use it all the time. I don't know what it is about my birthdays. I've had a pattern the past 3 years them of isolating, eating way too much and having a weird mood and anxiety during it. It's very strange
