Morning! Finished work. Just waiting for the house to heat up a bit so I can get in the shower. I’m freezing. Then I’m heading to the neurologist.
My daughter is home sick today Roll Call 142!. Saying my “no strep” chant.
I’m feeling pretty good. Still have a runny nose but the cough hasn’t shown back up.
I wish I didn’t have to go out. I could an afternoon of soaking up the fire and some cappuccino.

So, I just got back from the pdoc.

I brought up not wanting to be on APs longterm and surprisingly my pdoc suggested I try a trial off meds! He said I was at the point he thought things should be clearing up if it was drug induced psychosis and that we’d see if symptoms came back when I went off... if so it’d be schizophrenia. It’s a chance to see if my motivation and stuff improves too.

I’m going to be stopping my Olanzapine tonight. He thought 5mg was low enough not to need a taper. Bit nervous about insomnia coming off but we shall see.

Wish me luck guys!

That was the strangest test. They put sticky things on my hands and then used what looked to be a cattle prod to electrocute the nerves. Felt strange.
Moderate ulnar nerve impingement from the cyst.
He 2nds the surgery rather than aspiration since it’s sitting on the nerve.
So I guess I’m getting cut. Couple days off...nice.

It’s really weird. It doesn’t hurt just feels odd. Except the funny bone one.
