yeah i was glad to find out she was just in for the weekend and wasn't my doctor for the stay.

My Mom just called me. She said my Dad's colonoscopy looked good. No sign of cancer or anything else. I'm glad they didn't find any tumors this time. Last time he had to have surgery and they took out a bunch of stuff. I'm so relieved. Kit

I haven't been craving coffee at all lately. It's really strange. I normally drink it non stop. I feel sick when I drink it the past couple days

I'm craving dark chocolate since someone else mentioned it on another forum. And it's probably also hormonal. Lovely. Kit

Fb and instagram are having a worldwide outage right now

Called my sister because I was feeling anxious about something. Feel a little better after talking and having reassurance

Fb owns instagram. So its the same company.

Oh. That explains it. It also explains how little I know about social media.

I'm happy because I used coping skills to make it through panic. I'm always worried when adjusting to medication changes and adjustments and get hyper aware of any bodily sensations that I feel are a sign I'm "dying". Talking to my sister on the phone helped, also turning music on so I don't feel like I'm alone. I made a cup of herbal tea and have been journaling. Also telling myself that everything is okay, I'm not in danger.

I prayed and felt emotional connection to God for the first time in about 6 months, it's amazing. I thought my spirituality would be dead forever

I'm so glad cellphones and internet didn't take over until later, when I was a kid I played outside from dawn till dusk every day with my friends and whenever off school. I'm glad I had that sort of childhood, just in time. If I was born later I might not have. (I was born in 94')

sometimes i hear the gods talking to me. It makes me feel good and sometimes i hear stuff that tells me to kill myself and harm myself and i feel bad.

What a long day! There was a nice turnout for fil. Lots of old and new friends of his. Coworkers and friends of my husband. Some of my family.
It was kind of crazy. All the flowers were white except for some blue accents in the spray from my kids. We didn’t talk about flower colors but everyone sent white ones. Oh the VFW sent red white and blue flowers. I forgot about that. It was pretty.

My sister said to my mom that she wants to move out when she's 18 and she will. She says she doesn't want to live with her family. My mom said that she doesn't want to live with "Any of you" and wants to live in an apartment by her own.

Where do I live?

I don't mind being homeless. I'll just do drugs and die. Fine with me.

I cant sleep

The bf made me laugh once when i got in bed just now. Now i cant stop laughing. Its waking him up but its his fault.

Morning! Was not ready to get up. I fell asleep with makeup on last night...now it’s like painted on. Lovely.
Bringing my daughter for contacts today. We’ll see how she does. I’m not sure she’ll be able to stick something in her eye.
When I get back I’ll have to work for a while. Then I’m going to go see my guy and his wife. And I’m going to hang out, smoke like Snoop, and laugh for an hour. Things have been pretty heavy around here. I need light and laughter!
