Beautiful morning so far. Cool enough for a hoodie. I hope my current tank isn't breaking down, it needs to be cleaned, but I'm not allowed to have it in my room. I wish I could soak it in vinegar overnight. I hope I don't fall back to sleep. I want to go to phys therapy at 11:30.

It's been really nice since the third roommate has been away.

It's been pretty cool here too Angelique. Cool and sunny, it's nice to be able to go outside without feeling like I'm walking into an oven lol

It's still hot here. It was around 100 two days ago. Yesterday it rained so it was maybe 96 but with humidity it felt hotter. Today is supposed to be 96 or 98 degrees F. It doesn't really cool off here until the end of October.

My T suggested at my last appointment that I keep a calendar with smiling faces for good days and frowning faces for bad days. I guess the point is to see that depression doesn't last forever. Right now I have six days with frowning faces. It's depressing. Does anyone else do something like this? Is it at all helpful?

I use the woebot for mood tracking...usually I only have one or two frownies in a week of ok to smiley faces...it does follow like a cycle though.

I use the app Daylio to track my mood with smiley faces, you can make notes and stuff too. I find it helpful because it shows me patterns and overviews of how my mood has been overall

Sometimes i feel like the better my mind gets the more critical I get of myself and others.....it’s probably hypomania but as long as I’m not actively hallucinating I’m ok with it. I really was having problems with my mind not remembering long enough to even make connections and this is obviously better. I have more motivation and everything.

I have enough for one more day of pain pills, hopefully by then I'll only have a sore jaw.

My psychiatrist was really impressed with my progress ^^

She said I should write a book on my progress but I don't feel like thinking about my past and just forgetting it idk

I've been reading a lot. My concentration is so much better, I'm happy about that because I love to read!

I'm reading a little more too @Blue_Bird! I went through several months where I wasn't reading at all. I started forcing myself to read, and now I am reading semi-regularly again. It's good!

I'm bored at work today but I only have a little over an hour left. That's good. I'm ready for the weekend. I hope I don't SH. I'm at 17.5 days without SH. I'm hoping to make it to 50, but I'm trying to make it first to Sunday which would be 20 days. That's 40% of my goal. Today has been hard though. I looked at pictures of my kitties for a while which helped distract me. And a friend sent me some encouraging texts. That was nice.

Yeah, thanks for asking. I'm still super depressed, but the sui thoughts have quieted down some. They aren't gone, but they aren't as intense, I can live with this amount of intensity.
