I've been making changes to my diet to help with my gerd. I have to get on a new med for it too but I'll do that on wednesday when I can get a walk in appointment to my doctor.
Cutting out/back on stuff that triggers acid reflux. I wrote a list out of stuff to try to avoid and foods that are good.

Is there a reason they won't let you see a doctor? The tongue/throat pain sounds concerning and it's been going on for awhile now

I think it's their policy to wait three days to see if it clears up by itself. It's going on 4 weeks though. The nurse should have summoned the doctor by now.

The vapers Rally yesterday looked like they had a lot of people there. I'm really glad. I was worried that there'd only be @200 people there. I don't think Trump is going to ban flavors or vaping. What I notice about him is that he will jump into or out of something without knowing the facts. I don't think he knew anything about vaping when he announced a flavor ban in September.

I think the number of jobs that would be lost might be changing his mind. And finally, the knowledge that it was contaminated THC that is responsible for the lung injuries and deaths. The CDC dithered a lot and kept it ambiguous as long as they could. The American Heart association is showing me commercials that are beyond anti vaping. I was shocked. The info about vaping is easy to find, and I don't know if this is deliberate or misguided on their part.

The governor of NY knows that vaping is less harmful but said "so what?" When he announced their flavor ban. They are so dishonest, all because they're losing money on cigarettes.

Cleaned my room and had cold shower. Doing 3 day water fast but my moms friend wants to pick me up at 5 to go grocery shopping to pick out food to make for dinner.

I used to be doing nothing really depressed, drugs and overdosing. But now I'm actually doing so many things and my mind is active. I blame the psychedelic trip.

I'm a very damaged and broken person from being manipulated. So when anyone does something or says something bad to me, I lose my mind.

But I have very kind heart and soul.

I'm not sure if I should mention the paranoia that comes and goes to my doctor. I don't think it's a big deal as it generally resolves itself in a few hours

Bluebird I finally got some break and bakes but they’re store brand apparently nestle had a major recall of theirs....what are the odds.

Sometimes it’s a sign your meds aren’t quite perfect but you can say like this is happening but I’m not sure it’s a big deal etc. it could just be something a T could help you with too.

Awesome! That's weird that nestle had a recall, what was wrong with them? I need to get more chocolate chips (semisweet) I'm craving a classic chocolate chip cookie

I'll bring it up I guess and see what her opinion is. I guess it's better to be safe and mention it. I see both her and my therapist tomorrow

So bf and I just got back from the movies....we saw midway...
He is a huge fan of anything wwII. It was actually a decent movie, good story, good effects, not too much gore. It was part of his bday celebration a little early although I might bake him a cake next weekend and he wants a new watch. He got a cheapie smart watch from Kohl’s and then donated it to goodwill within two months....he so hated it. So now he needs a new traditional watch.

Isn’t it? The sign said there were rubber bits in the cookies eew! Also the line was super long because it will snow tomorrow and they had these midnight chocolate chewies with pecans by the register and I was like why not? Then I got the fixings for sloppy joes in the crockpot.

I'm waiting to find out what flavors of ice cream are on sale at the local ice cream/convenience shop. They have a sale every week on 3 of their half gallon flavors for $3.29

My recipe plan for Christmas is some kind of fudge and Oreo M&M blondies. Linguine and clams for dinner. My moms recipe

That sounds dangerous. I’ve got an old fashioned ice cream parlor a couple of blocks away but their stuff is at least twice that for a pint so I’m not tempted too often. Bear claw is the best.

I have a feeling I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight. I haven't been getting to sleep till 4 or 5 in the morning then sleeping till around 10. I have to be up since the transportation service is picking me up early for my appointments tomorrow and I don't want to miss them. Might as well stay up and read
