Morning

This morning is already going slow, so this will be a slow day. But it's my last day at work before Christmas, so I should be ok.

SP gave me a great idea to do a Christmas gift scavenger hunt in the house. So I will be finishing up the Christmas riddles on the clue cards tonight maybe. If not, then Tuesday. (I'm trying to procrastinate so I dont end up with nothing to do).

Hey guys. So turned out I need a surgery. Will set the date and stuff after the new year because a long holiday starts from tomorrow.

Welp drama with my friends family. Called my friend an abuser and said he used his kids. His aunt and uncle are feeding him lies.

So my moms surgery is today....she’s in pre op right now. My sister is home now....getting flu germs all over the house I hope she doesn’t make my dad sick because he’s the only line of care for my mom. She had a terrible time in the hotel though. Her dog has some kind of infection too. I just don’t think they’re thinking about infection right...I mean I know I’m the microbiologist but it’s not like they’re listening, they just went off the rails.

Well with your mom having cancer and I believe you said she’s done chemo her immune system is compromised and can get sick easier and be a lot worse for her than normal folks.

That’s exactly why I’m concerned....the flu has already killed 2000 people this year I don’t want her to be one of them. people just don’t think of it being lethal because normally it just sucks for a week but that’s if your immune system is ok....she’s older and the chemo has really decreased her immune system.....

Thanks SP. I hope your mom’s surgery goes well. Your family is in my prayer.

Both my step parents have had cancer but both are pretty young and not much older than you. Both do get sick easily. I can only imagine if they’re older. At least they have that on their side. Lol too bad you can’t put her in a bubble. But yeah hope her surgery goes well.

Good luck on surgery. I never had surgery but it sounds scary.

Just got a stocking with some candy and a card from the head team person in my program.

My roommate told me one of my ex girlfriend's is mid way through her pregnancy which is cool. She'll be a good mom. I hope she doesn't struggle too much though. I have no animosity or anything against her. We text a little when she found out my cat passed away. she was the one that gifted me pumpkin. I hope she doesn't sink into a post partum depression, like my other ex girlfriend did.

The diet dr pepper is the only diet pop I can stand. The store only had diet dr pepper cherry, so ill be giving that a trial run.

I'm trying to take it easy for the next few days because have writers block took a toll on me. so less music, clearer mind, effortless thoughts, enjoy some stuff here and there. Maybe something with dawn on me.

I can't help but see poverty wherever I go.

Like.... Prayers as in "Please don't let this happen" and then the prayer is done. Whoever the prayer goes to, he can analyse it in space and then send me back a yes or no answer that doesn't get to me until it is time.
