I just got into a very crazy conversation. I hope I never have an exchange with them again. Another person butted into the conversation like it was her business, and couldn't rationalize the exchange, because they only wanted to ruin another person's life. Broke my heart, I hope that person over comes these people.

I feel like I can't be myself on here. I'm holding back. I see my therapist in a couple days so maybe I'll make progress.

There's a book called, "The art of not giving a *****, and it's speaking to me. I feel like I need the cliff notes because Im slipping in and out of psychosis, and rationalizing then irrationalizing, then framing, and unframing, and this is toxic.

Glad you’re back. I’m ok just obsessing over coronavirus, stockpiling food and pulling out my n95 respirators.

I'm ok to go out if I die from coronavirus. Nothing I can do. It's my fate.

But I don't want my mom to get infected. That's what I'm afraid of. She has compromised immune system from the radiation and compromised heart and is 55.

I took 1.5mg xanax last night and I couldn't feel music! It was horrible! But I knew it would only last for the night..

I hate benzos. They're like friendly antipsychotics. But like a fake friendliness.. They'll be your friend and then they'll stab you in the back - Harder than antipsychotics.

It's like benzos are a strain of antipsychotic virus that are more lethal ;D

A lot of people here at my workplace are freaked out about the Corona virus. I have to say I haven't given it much thought. Probably pneumonia or the regular flu could take me out. It wouldn't have to be this special fancy virus.

Well I already have the flu shot so I’m not worried about that. The main issues with the coronavirus is our immune system hasn’t seen anything like it....

Just took a shower in the new apt. Relaxing now, has been a long busy day, with many long busy days ahead

I'm freaked out about it too but trying not to dwell on it since it scares me

Tomorrow I'm going to Walmart, Sunday grocery shopping, Monday out with my friend. Getting new clothes and stuff for the apartment. Laundry is on my floor and FREE, plus there's a tv and treadmill in there

I ate like really good for a month or more. Now pizza for 2 nights straight. We weren’t supposed to eat pizza tonight. I put everything in the crockpot at 9am...only to get home at 6pm and find out it wasn’t even on.

Yes, it’s a office/hang out room! Has a lounge chair and everything.
