That's why I didn't have psychosis for 5 months maybe because I was using a lot of phenibut and it treated my negative symptoms, thus helping my positive symptoms.
Thanks for this!

No I just felt hopeless for an hour. My mom and sister came home so I feel better.

I hate being alone. It's like my extroverted intuitiveness can't handle empty rooms that I can't see like how extroverted sensors can't stand rooms empty that they're in without people.

I’m scared of myself and I’m alone right now. I need someone to talk to without judgement. I’m scared. I’m really scared.

Hugs Erti...don’t know if I can help I’ve been told I’m being kind of short with people so I may not be the right kind of support right now.

There’s a second corona virus case in Chicago.....this about thirty minutes from me in traffic. It’s the woman’s husband but I’m like why wasn’t he quarantined along with her? The trump administration is not handling this well.

My mother enjoyed the pedicure we got her yesterday. She went without arguing about it, no drama, and she sat back and rested throughout. Afterwards, my sister and I hung out at my folk's place for dinner then we watched a couple of episodes of the second season of American Gods.

I ordered a set of yoga DVDs from Amazon and will be spending most of today perusing them. Of course, I did do one of the workouts, humbling because I chose the easiest one and it made me sweat. :P They recommend you watch a workout before you do them, so I'll be checking them all out today--there's 6 DVDs in the set (for $25) and they are geared for beginners and/or people who need things to go slowly and that's me.

So far, I've done a yoga workout every day this week and it's really combating the Zyprexa drowsies I've been having.

I really enjoy the feel of yoga but I seem to be bad at doing it for more than a couple of days in a row.

Sounds like a nice day you had I have a stress relief yoga DVD I've been using, many of the poses I can't do yet though

I had such a bad panic attack walking to dinner tonight. I think it's because of all the cars were out since that's the time most people go home, it just makes me paranoid for some reason and feel like I'm being watched. It was really bad. Thankfully it went away when I got to the place and saw my friend

I had a half day of work today, so I worked on my hobby, and it moved me to tears where it brought me. I still have a lot of time to get some details right, but, regardless, it brings purpose.
Thanks for this!
