Doing instacart...will eat some blts this week along with a couple salads and some meatloaf and mash....the microwave kind lol.

Speaking of Mexican dessert there is a paleta place here but the right next to the huarache place....I keep meaning to try it but after a huarache I’m super full....

Yeah I’ve been in the bedroom too much too...bfs mom for some reason is downstairs doing laundry like every day....I’m convinced she washes stuff twice just to hog the machine every day, lol

Did I mention I drove yesterday.....practicing for my job interview....I so hope I get it. We also went to that park and then we ended up going to Kohl’s to get a 4 slot toaster....it was really fun after being inside for so many months.

Put laundry in the washer. Might as well do something productive. I did get up, do dishes, take a shower, brush my teeth so that's good because the past few days I had been laying in bed all day.

Maybe I'll buy a cute face mask next month. Mine are plain.

Sooooo antsy today about school, driving, interview next week etc....got a perfect score on my quiz even though I sort of messed up a couple.

What I meant was Mexican style desserts are healthier even the breads, they use real fruit and far less sugar for flavoring.

Paletas are THE best. I miss the paleta man coming the street jingling the bells on his cart.

Yes, I've learned this too. I took a vacation day on Friday because I felt like if I didn't I would end up at the hospital. I came back today to work, my inbox isn't crazy and I'm functioning much better. Thanks for bringing this up SP!

Absolutely love coconut. It’s my favorite and it’s apparently a favorite of a lot of people. I guess it’s cuz it’s got milk in it, so it tastes like American ice cream in a way. I don’t think most of the other paleta flavors have milk as the rest are fruit. Omg the WATERMELON one!. Omg let me tell u

They are all good tho. It depends on what kinda of fruit u like because they are all made with real fruit ingredients and low sugar but it tastes amazing.

Also paleta man sold ice pops with real gum ball eyes. Like in the shape of bugs bunny.

I’ve had the coconut from the groceries paletas....they sell a few kinds but watermelon sounds awesome to me....pretty sure I’ve made a watermelon sorbet before and it was incredible and has that whole summer feel.
