No, I have klonopin but that’s for anxiety and panic attacks. I don’t think there’s a prn that would help this

I’m just depressed and feel like there’s no reason for me to be alive anymore.

I have some reasons....1 you’re awesome and we would all miss you here 2 you have a kitty waiting for you....

Now what to do about it....it will pass but it will pass faster if you try to do things that you found fun before you got depressed. Did you try the pick three? You could for example play the uke which is both tactile and auditory and add a nice scent like from cookies baking or a candle or even perfume. But do what’s manageable for you right now....you know.

Hey, Blue, that is just your illness, trying to kill you. Don't let it do that. You have tons of people who care deeply about you here. Is it too early to go to bed where you are? Maybe a decent sleep might help.

Whatever you do, don't give up. This will pass. It always does. it is just really hard when we are in it. You can do this. You might feel a lot better in the morning.

Hugs and love!!!!

Thank you. I don’t even know if I’ll ever get the cat with Covid going on, like what if we shut down again or don’t move on to phase 4. Then I won’t be able to get her ever.

Maybe I can tomorrow. I’ll buy some cookies to bake and play the ukulele . That’s a good idea.

Thank you! I should probably go to sleep. It’s 9:30pm here now. I was kind of wanting to stay up all night but i don’t know now.

You’ll get the kitty...it’s unlikely we’ll close down again. Yes do it tomorrow...I forget you’re an hour later than most of us. Bpcyclist is right try to sleep, sleep is so good for this.

Wow, to the minute, I just caught up with roll call again and finished the very minute my headphones finished charging.

I've been eating tons of candy, snacks and pop this whole week. I'm gaining weight and I can't let that happen. I'd better cut way down.

Wondering if my rotten mood is due to a sugar crash.

I thought about that, but didn't know if metformin could cause anything like that
