Hey thanks for asking SP. I'm doing good, feeling a bit better than I was last night. Was gonna go to the grocery store but didn't feel I could handle that after staying in my house for several weeks, it would be too overwhelming so I went to family dollar instead. At least that's some progress. Maybe next time I'll go to the grocery store

Haha. I read a book while listening to music and dancing to the music.

I feel a lot better now.
How do you read with the book bouncing around everywhere?

Or, write for fifteen mintuee, maybe, then, see how you feel. I am trying to do stuff like this for me.

They didn't check your urine? It is pretty easy to diagnose a UTI. Takes abotu ten mintues or so. Did they give you antibiotics?

Took the trash out and checked the mail. Said hi to someone who was checking their mail too.. normally I'm too painfully shy to say anything to anyone. I have to go to family dollar again tomorrow, just to get some household stuff. Couldn't carry any more stuff on my trip today.

They mention one called pro frontal that comes in capsules it’s expensive though but they sell the pair together....I tried sarcosine from brain vitaminz...it came as a powder and had function for sure and is cheaper, the nice thing about th powder is you don’t start on a high dose where I know Newtus had too much focus from th one she tried in capsule form. The powder of sarcosine is slightly sweet so you can add it to like coffee.

For me I didn’t realize I had more motivation like I didn’t feel it but I suddenly started doing stuff without even thinking about it.

Sarcosine has two phases....initial immediate reaction like caffeine and a more delayed response.

Best sleep in weeks last night, much needed. Woke up without any psychotic stuff so far, so, the Trilafon is working. Just an awful day yesterday. I rarely get these hallucinations/delusions of doom and gloom and hell and other awfulness. It is never good when you are a Christian and your sick brain tries to tell you your HP doesn't love you anymore. Oh well.

Maybe today will be better. Hugs and love to all!!!
