Anyone make anything recently? Any pics? I've been looking up sugar free recipes online lately since I'm trying to cut back on sugar intake

Just wanted to share that I bought one of those subscriptions for food delivery where they deliver the ingredients and I make the meals with their recipes. It was kind of expensive but I think it's worth it so that I cook more at home. I got two meals a week from it. My first delivery comes on August 19! So I have a week from today to prepare.

I've never made a cheesecake before. I think that's something I want to challenge myself to do this coming fall/winter. I'll need to get a spring form pan and a hand mixer first. and a pan for doing the water bath in the oven

Got my delivery thing yesterday. I haven't made the meals yet 'cause I'm too lazy, haha. But I will do it tomorrow.

I've been looking up ways to use up the leftover cream cheese I have so I decided I'll be making this in the next few days, grilled raspberry jam and cream cheese sandwich

Grilled Jam and Cheese Sandwich Recipe - Chowhound
Another good sandwich to eat with cream cheese is cream cheese with crushed pineapple on raisin bread! We have it at tea parties.

Forgot to share that I made two recipes the other week. They turned out pretty well. One was a sort of sesame chicken thing and the other was a bunch of cheese enchiladas.

Also I made falafel the other night.

And I made a risotto tonight.

The falafel and risotto are in the famous book The Joy Of Cooking. I highly recommend that cookbook.

I'm thinking I'm gonna make a ham and cheese quiche next month, seems pretty simple to do. I had quiche for the first time a few months ago and fell in love with it

No Bake Pumpkin Pie

2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese softened
2 8 ounce containers of Cool Whip
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
2 Teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
2 pre made 9 inch graham cracker crusts

Step one: put out the crusts so they are ready for filling
Step two: bottom layer add cream cheese, sugar, and one 8 ounce tub of whipped cream in a separate bowl and blend well with a mixer. Fill the crusts evenly with this layer.
Step three: mix pudding and milk and stir until thick. Add 2 cups of canned pumpkin, add pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon, stir until blended. Put this on top of the cream cheese layer.
Step four: for the top layer use the second 8 ounce container of cool whip to top the pie. Perhaps sprinkle a bit of pumpkin spice on top.

This recipe makes two pies.

Got this recipe from Facebook. I haven't tried it yet but it looks delicious and I want to try it soon. Especially now that it is fall!

That’s precisely what I use the frozen meatballs for....get a bun, nuke your meatballs add sauce and cheese and you’re done. They are incredibly tasty.

Now you've all got me craving a meatball sub. Haven't had one in a long time. Might have to see about getting those frozen meatballs sometime and trying them out

This looks easy to make:

Crockpot Chicken & Gravy - Plain Chicken

Will probably make it later in the month or early November

I'm making Chess pie around Christmas time. That's quite awhile a head but I like to plan out anything I'm making for special occasions ahead of time. It's really good, I've made it before Best Chess Pie Recipe - How to Make Chess Pie
