I haven't checked my pulse in a long time *checks*.. 71bpm...

It is beating nicely. I have tamed it. And I still get to use a stimulant.

Before atenolol, I used to lie down on the floor all the time and check my pulse because the slower beating made my OCD go away - But I had to be constantly checking my pulse.. and when I wasn't checking, I had anxiety about checking.

I told my doctor that I'll stay on the atenolol for another year or so. He said that I can go off of it any time I want and if it doesn't work, just go back on it.

I have so much to write about and so much to do but I have to chose what to do with my time wisely.

I'm gonna focus on mysticism, spirituality, philosophy and meditation while listening to music. I want to keep a balance of that and amateur scientific research and logic (Cuz I'm out of the matrix now).

I bought 1-2 months worth of medicinal fungi.

I'm gonna go for a hike. The coffee helped with my depression.

Stimulants are my love.

I think I'm going to stop the metformin. I don't think it's making much of a difference and also the pills are so big every time I swallow them I panic and think I'll choke

Can you crush metformin? I read that you can't crush the extended release version but I'm on the regular version

No. Take. Give them to me then! It's an anti-aging/anti-cancer drug. Everyone should be taking it =/

"Riomet" is an option if you can't swallow. It's a 500mg/5ml solution that tastes nice. Ask doctor.

Guys.. I'm feeling sooooo great. I went for 1-2 hour hike (Idk I didn't notice the time). Listening to music.

Eventually I wasn't sure where I was so I went on a cut off and just started running down a hill for 5 minutes. I was also afraid of bears - But I passed two people coming towards me so that helped.

I came back and checked my heart rate - While standing up, it was 143bpm and sitting down it was 114bpm. Now it's 93bpm.

I took another shower. Everything around me is clean and organized.

I had thoughts to write down. There's so much thoughts in my head and I can't organize all of them - I have to write everything down.

I'm thinking of reading or researching things now.

I might go for a hike every alone at least twice a week - Cuz I can't be around my mom and her friends anymore - They're too dramatic.

I'll ask my pharmacist at CVS tomorrow if it's okay to crush the regular version.

Yeah a months supply of Riomet is like 200 dollars. Crazy.

I'd ask your doctor if you can crush the pills if they're instant release. Put it into juice or something cuz it could taste nasty. But you'd have to do that 2-3 times a day.

If it's not helping after a few months, I'd stop taking it. But it's a good med.

I could try that. I might have to split them further into quarters though. I'm really bad with pills cause I have a major choking phobia.

Be careful with the glitter ones because it is hard to get them off. You definitely need a base coat. Sounds like a lot of fun!

Klonopin is good for reducing anxiety but bad for motivation, it seems.
