I slept for 10 minutes then woke up feeling like there was an earthquake (there wasn’t it was just my feeling). Wonder if it’s some kind of sleep abnormality. It happens often. Some sort of tremor?

I'm just tired of struggling. Every day I deal with depression, anxiety, psychosis. I've been in treatment for like 6-7 years and I don't feel any better.

Setting up my yearly goals for different aspects of my life in my legend planner, love this thing. Also adding in the habits I want to make sure I do in the habit tracker

Um...we are at like a 7.5% infection rate right now....72 sounds pretty good.....

Yeah it’s not really much compared to other places, but a few weeks ago we went 13 days without a single case. So 72 compared to that is a lot. Just my anxiety getting to me. They had us leave the office in April when it was like 20 cases total in our area.

I told my mom that I took an extra vyvanse. We walked out of town so I'm sitting by the river to be alone and meditate while she hikes up to the top because I don't want to over exert myself physically. My mom said that shes going to help me contact a psychiatrist tomorrow.

Maybe going on latuda will get rid of it completely, and maybe--just maybe, I'll get some more emotion if it's the geodon that is blocking too much dopamine in the first place.
Latuda can have horrid akathesia. Abilify or Rexulti better.

I told my sister that I was exhausted from work and she said something like "Yeah well now you know what it feels like to work like a normal person".

**** sake. I can't do anything right. I'm always exhausted and have no idea what I'm doing.

Possible trigger:

I'm on a long acting stimulant - That's what I get. And if I ask for a short acting one where I can control the dose, I look like a drug seeker because I switched stimulants too many times.
we all love you, Liam. Your sister is a freaking *****. She would be sobbing like a toddler after 30 seconds of psychosis.

This is abuse of my mental health.

I'm just going to tell my doctor to stop prescribing it. I don't know what the withdrawal is like because I've taken it every day for 2+ years so I don't know and don't care.
why can't he just add another dose at noon? Wtf.

Receiving messages from the tv to do S again. Do not worry. I def will not. But it does not really seem like a terrible idea now.

Pulling an all nighter. I have the quarterly inspection from Orkin tomorrow and need to be up early for it. That's what my panic attack was about earlier btw. I always get myself worked into a total breakdown from stress over stupid things like this then they always end up going just fine
