I slept through my alarm today which I hardly ever do. But luckily I set my alarm for three hours before work and I woke up one hour late so I still had an hour and 45 minutes to get ready for work. I just didn't have my me time.

Got my new glasses. They are black on the outside and teal on the inside. My old glasses were black on the outside and pink on the inside. I doubt anyone will notice the change. When I get my backup glasses though people will notice because they are pale pink, kind of translucent. Those ones I ordered online though and they won't be here until Monday.

Crap. I've been at work an hour and a half and I'm already bored. Great.

I took my Vyvanse at 6am this morning.. kicks in at 7am + 9 hours = 4pm. I'll try and go to sleep at 6-7pm to avoid this.. Have more time in the Saturday and Sunday morning to do things..

I think I might avoid the heart symptoms or blood pressure by taking the atenolol at the same time as the Vyvanse in the morning instead of a few hours after.. so on Monday morning, I can sleep in beyond the 12 hours that I last took it..

So far I'm analyzing the situation lol it's getting better..
You know what I think would help you? Lithium. It does a lot w GABA. Grows white and gray matter.

Well I took the long walk. I honestly was worried I was gonna pass out or have a heat stroke on the way back. It's so hot out. And I was wearing jeans when I probably should have worn shorts. And the way back is a very sharp incline for about half a mile. I was breathing heavy and sweating so much with my mask on. I was walking really fast too. Now I'm home in the AC cooling off. I'm drenched in sweat. Yuck. Oh well, at least I did it.

Finished my quiz for the week....now updating my computer, I was just afraid it would take like overnight or brick the computer or something...

It’s been at 0% for five minutes so I think waiting was a good decision.

I want cake with buttercream frosting. Maybe I should just buy myself one when I go shopping next month. Like for no reason, not to celebrate anything just because I like cake

There's one very interesting bipolar med that I would like to try: Lamictal (Lamotrigine).

"Off-label psychiatric usage includes the treatment of treatment-resistant obsessive-compulsive disorder,[32] depersonalization disorder,[33] hallucinogen persisting perception disorder,[34] schizoaffective disorder,[35] and borderline personality disorder."

Lamotrigine is definitely what I need..... I'm not gonna take any shroom microdose/weed/ket - I'll just have it in a collection - Cuz they're very BAD ideas..

Also Naloxone and Naltrexone work for dp/dr because they're opioid antagonists..

Honestly, last night I felt great from exercise... It must have released a lot of natural endorphins.. I felt like I was on a moderate-high dose of an opioid before I went to sleep.. I think I naturally have a lot of endorphins. I know that my genetics make me much harder to get addicted to opioids (They make me zoned out and depressed).

The panic attacks over the past 2 weeks could have been from taking codeine.. Very likely...

It's hard for me to accept.. That I need meds... And not psychedelics.. lol.. Sigh..

I'm down to 250mg of phenibut and haven't taken any benzo in 3 days.. I'm fine right now..
