Omg it’s so hot

The heat index here is 108 (what it feels like).

Actual temp is 100.

And I’m indoors!

I don’t feel good with this heat. Trying to hydrate. My anxiety over it is making it worse too.

Apart from dp/dr, I have freedom to do online classes and every student in the world is basically doing the same thing.. It should be a positive thing.. People are doing their things.. I can do my things.. No things are better or worse..

I took a mind rest and my dp/dr went away. I feel so much better...

I'll be alone for 3 days but my moms friend is going to check up on me. I'm not gonna do anything stupid while she's gone.. Just gonna maintain my mental health and chill..

I want to learnnn.. But dp/dr (Kinda like ADD).. I'll talk to some people on reddit see what's up..

I have my word search book I can bring with me when I’m out in the sitting area so I have something to do whenever I’m there trying to get vitamin D.

My sister is bringing ice cream next time she stops by. I wonder which kind I should get. It’s from a local chain shop that has their own line of ice cream flavors. I think maybe butter pecan.

Have a headache. Just took some ibuprofen.

62 Things To Be Passionate About: List Of Passions & Examples

I'm actually doing pretty good mentally.

I thought of taking the ket blue/red pill but I snapped my fingers for the representation of being a little evil with good intentions/having free will/making the most amount of money possible in a way where it isn't about money but freedom or a challenge/finding solutions to my problems instead of using drugs to cope.

I never really understood a lot of things and I think the dp/dr episodes are signs that I'm getting better....

I remember my dad once said to me "I notice that anything you want, you always make sure that you get" or something like that.

It's very good to realize that dp/dr isn't suffering but "Using the storm to benefit yourself"

And eventually in the future, I can help people that cross my path that are dealing with the same problem as I am now.

I am much less depressed now. I figured out my mood went south because my pdoc lowered my Abilify. I wish he hadn't done that but it's fine I guess. Now at least I know.

Had a panic attack last night. Wasn't too bad.

0.5mg alprazolam calmed me right down. I had the thought that I was gonna have a seizure - it just popped into my head..

I was gonna go grocery shopping but will go tomorrow instead.

Had dreams about volcanoes. Love learning about them, they're super interesting.

Gonna get a job I think. I still might need intensive outpatient care though. I am not sure if I can do both at the same time. Hopefully.
