Ughhh I need an after dinner coffee... I mean, totaling 3 cups for a day is an improvement right? In comparison to my usual 7-9. Small steps

Yea I used to take ambien.

Gosh, my mom found me in her pantry eating 12 bags of chips in the middle of the night.

I even walked through an empty field and jumped a neighbors fence at 1am in the pouring rain. They had to drive me home, I walked so far out.

Roll Call 173 yikes

So I have to be this scared of ambien? oh man... This sounds like an absolute nightmare... Like, I could do something very bad and who knows the consequence.

Remeron wasn't that bad besides the weight gain... It really helped me for awhile, but like all the sleep meds, it builds a tolerence.

On a side note, my pdoc wants to put me on Latuda because she falsely believes that will work out my "hypomania".

She's driving me crazy with this hypomania aligation. No, it's not hypomania. i can't feel joy, pleasure, happiness; just like i can't feel sadness or depression; just like I can't feel tired or sleepy. It's a lack of psychic feeling across the boared--in fact my entire circuit bored for feeling is off and she wants to say Im feeling too much dopamine lol wtf. She's delusional.
Never good when she is delusional. Just out of curiosity, what are your other meds and have you tried sarcosine yet? Lot of gd data that it helps w what you (and I) suffer with. I will start it in Sept. Super stoked.

Wep, you sleep-put on a nice suit, sleep walk to garage, sleep get in ur beemer, sleep open garage door and back out at 3 am. Then, ur wifey finds you, holding the baby, and asks what the f you think u r doing in ur best suit at 3 am in the car. Then, she realizes you r actually still asleep. Ambien.

Have a neurosurgeon pal. Flying NYC to LA. Took Ambien. Woke up in Burbank next day w lovely flt attendant by his side. No idea how he got there.zero memory. Ambien.

Just be careful. Works for most, but sometimes...

meds:

geodon 120mg for delusions

triliptal 1800mgs the psychiatrist *thinks* i have bipolar symptoms which I don't! I had one manic switch years ago and that was it. But she keeps forcing these pills down my throat but if it helped it would help me sleep. It does absolutely nothing.

Remeron 30mgs for sleep. WIll start tapering off it soon.

Restoril 30mgs for sleep. Will be switching to Ativan

Men's Multivitamina Vermson 1 pill with dinner

Triple strength fish oill 2 with dinner

Fiber supplment twice a day.

I've tried Sarcosine and it did absolutely nothing. I'm guessing your talking about its afects for anhedonia? It did nothing. It's not just that I have anhedonia, it's that I have a lack of feeling anything. I'm beyond frustrated with my life.

I am sorry, newtus, but this cracked me up.i have soooo been there. On e day, started getting all these texts from cute women. WTF? I had joined a dating site? After taking my Ambien? Idiot. Ridiculous behavior 4 me.

Job, I think the key is, you take it and the you get in the bed. And stay there. No email, no texting, nothing. Sleep only. It is like being manic in terms of losing all fear of any bad outcome, so bed is the safest place by far. Sure u will be fine.

That scares me to be honest. I can't get on Ambien if that is the case. I tried it once and i woke up the next day and my girlfriend at the time complimented the sex. That always unsettled me deeply. It might be a little different if I was in a relationship sleeping with someone, but when I'm sharing a place with my current roommate... I don't want to complicate things further!

That's a crazy story though! Is it possible I could just lock my door shut to protect myself?!

What about Adderall or Provigil to tweak some prefrontal happy neurons? Tried that? Def helps me, both. For you, I wld think Adderall might be the better option.low dose will not cause psychosis and really helps me. Might look into it.

Or ketamine even. Mght need a higher dose.

Uppers don't work on me. Long term plan is ketamine, but even when I get insurance it will be tought to pay for it, given insurance companies don't cover it...

I was walking with my cousin down the street and an old woman got us to see her garden. She said "It's the best garden in Canada" and it's true - It was nominated the best one year. She built the house by herself - Nice looking house. She came from Austria and showed us pictures of her family (Her son being an engineer and her granddaughter becoming a doctor). She had 11 cats and 2-3 dogs.

It freaked me out. I wanted to escape. I had so much anxiety. I never recognized the house before and I walk past it like every day.

Genetics freak me out. People that do things.. idk.. I'm hopeless. And blind.

Zopiclone and eszopiclone (Lunesta).

The thing with Ambien is that you can't stay up after you take the pill. Delirium or whatever is less likely to happen if you try to sleep (Lights out) after taking it.

Uppers work on me. Can’t do them. It’s the downers that don’t. I have insomnia so I take Benadryl sometimes. Works like a charm. Not the Benadryl that’s like cold medicine but the otc sleep aids that are only Benadryl like Unisom or the grocery stores brand. They are blue soft gels. Only the soft gels work not the tablets idk why.

I personally don't mess with drugs that aren't prescribed for me anymore. I had some bad experiences, we'll just put it at that.

The olanzapine is helping a ton already and it has only been like four days. It levels out my mood. I am excited to feel good again.

Oh and I see pdoc tomorrow.

Well, you might wanna rea about other NMDA antagonists. There are several out there. Several I have tried. Pretty sure Des has, too. Some, like PCP, are clearly a no-go. But others do work for some people. What is monthly cost of ket anyway?
