I don't want to get off clozapine because I've been doing somewhat better with it. I don't want to be on any other antipsychotic med because of adverse effects of meds... like TD and dystonia and I hear clozapine is less likely to get that kind of effect. at least I think that's what they said.

Levels of what? Detecting low white blood cell count? Or the clozapine itself?

Might sleep in an hour (11pm) cuz I'm driving 4 hours to the city with my mom to buy some things.

It will be a relaxing day in the car! I'll wake up at 6am...

I'm far into the Rocky Mountains.. If I drive East, I end up in the prairies where Edmonton (Where I'll be going) is. Below Edmonton is Calgary. In between is "crack city"! - Where the psych ward is..

Then if you drive farther East, you can drive for like days and see NOTHING but flat GRASSLAND...

My sister is burning incense. Smells so good. I saw a lot for sale at the health food store. Imma definitely buy some.

I can smell now that I've quit smoking cigarettes for over a year.

But when I get COVID, I'll lose my sense of smell again =]

Edit: Smelling incense could help with panic attacks because it's a sense focuser.

I am up still. Feeling pretty good right now. Just listened to an audiobook for an hour or so and meditated.

It’s weird but when I take the fish oil and I feel my brain changing. Like it feels like an electrical shift, as if it’s working harder to help me think clearly.

I got new jeans too. I wear a size 10 now. (Down from a size 12). Happy about that. Couldn’t find canned pumpkin but I did find a pumpkin roll with buttercream filling and got that

The Netflix series "Black mirror" is disturbing - Even for me. It"s about the consequences of advanced future technology.

Imagine growing up with the technology now? Crazy!
