@SlumberKitty, i do once a month therapy sessions when times are busy are smooth, normal is once every 3 weeks. It's kind of nice to see a therapist every so often, shoot the breeze, maybe get a book recommendation. I pay out of my pocket so it's much easier on my pocket.

I'm afraid that my heavy drinking for so long that I've might have caused lasting damage to my kidneys. Iff its my liver, that's restoritive and I've cut down on that immensely since lockdown. But the nausuea, and watering mouth keep on cropping up.

A dose of ketamine could last 2 weeks and allow you to quit alcohol. Just try it once - 600 dollars though? Screw that.. Get a good insurance..

My mom is drunk with her friends. She drinks a bottle of wine or more every night - Slightly elevated liver enzymes but I worry more about her heart and then her cancer.

Sorry it's just so hot and I took a benzo with olanzepine I can't write anymore..

Yes, it's good that you have some thoughts that can help. Roll Call 174 I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner, I'm getting mesmerized by the podcasts I keep downloading because my internet is so slow.

Hugs, Job. Thorazine or Depakote can sometimes get us to sleep, depending on symptoms. Seroquel, too. Trazodone, doxepin, remeron. Restoril. That is all I remember.

No med will put me to sleep now. I just sleep when I can. It is 0422 here.

Seeing my friend tomorrow. Finally.

I have to go grocery shopping today and don't feel like it. But I need to and have been putting it off so I'll go I guess.

When did you last have a legit physical and labs, chest xray, ekg? Mind sharing your rough age or range?

I'm 38. I haven't had a physical in 8 years since I had medicaid but this time I'm going to get health insurance when the market opens back up. The reason why I drank so heavily is because of the emotional numbness, it's unbearable to only feel negative emotions for entire months.

I hear you. You really need to get that physical to see where we are with your kidneys and liver. Go from there.
