I can't seem to drink plain water lately for some reason. I keep needing to use koolaid in order to drink 8 or more ounces at once. My friend keeps saying I shouldn't drink "that stuff". Also, diet root beer.

Wrote out my 3 month goals in my planner. There's a section for that every 3 months. My goals for Dec, Jan, Feb, are to finish paying off my college account and find out about getting enrolled again, work on my eating disorder recovery and also my anxiety around eating food, and my 3rd goal is to lose 10lbs in a healthy way. For incentive my rewards for accomplishing these will be: Pizza from the takeout place, an iTunes card, and a new game

Morning
Didn’t sleep great last night as I went to bed at 4am but I did sleep a bit. So gonna try to stay awake all day. I feel fine honestly.

Waiting for hair to dry then going to see if the store is open. Then going to the dentist.

They were open so I was able to get the tablecloth, shower curtain, and pot holder/dish cloth set. I couldn't find any cheeseburgers today so I just got a couple chicken sandwiches and a few individual hotpockets

The shower curtain is really pretty. It's fabric and has elephants on it. It's kind of elegant looking. I'll post a pic of it when I put it up

Just got home. My dentist appointment was at 3:30 but they were extremely busy and didn't take me back till after 4pm, and I just got home now at 5:12pm

I'm DONE, got my last 2 fillings!!!!!! I don't have to get any more fillings or anything. Just go back every 6 months for a cleaning/checkup
 Yay!! Proud of myself too because I didn't take klonopin before my appointment. I probably should have but it went well considering I didn't take it
