Trying to not obsess about food but I want to try intermittent fasting. Eat whatever I want. Don't count calories.

Try to be okay with it.

You have OCD symptoms right? I think EDs have an OCD-like trait to them. OCD has very successful treatment outcomes with cognitive behavioural therapy.

Balance is key!

I just couldn't go to therapy where the therapist is like "Sit here and don't check your pulse for 5 minutes" - No way... Beta blocker helped.

Yeah, I have OCD as well as eating disorder (and bipolar and other ****). So my mind is prone to obsessing so like obsessing about calories and weight and intrusive thoughts happen. I need to work on my OCD stuff with my psychologist, for sure.

Funny is one of the top treatments for OCD is SSRIs. I was taking an SSRI for anxiety and OCD and I had to stop a few months ago when I started to go manic. When I was on it and stable I wasn't having OCD or eating disorder thoughts. IDK. I'm not a doctor.

Interesting that meth = OCD, mania, paranoia, loss of appetite...

Am very interested in neuroscience/pharmacology ^-;

I will study rats one day and then find out that the rats are transmitters from alternate dimensions in the lab that are actually studying me instead

I think there's another dimension in mirrors. Google doesn't seem to know much about it.

Neuroscience is interesting. So is psychopharmacology. Because of that I bought Stahl's Essential Psychopharmacology. It's the Prescriber's Guide. It's expensive - cost me like $50 or a little more, but it's worth it. I think so at least.

Am I just ignorant or does Easter fall on the same day every year? And your birthday theoretically wouldn't change either? Sorry, just have not that much understanding to how Easter works.

Matter is a mirror. All reflect light. "I am God" the piece of matter said, "But you are also God. We're the same you and I". He could understand them very well.. But no one could understand him..

I don't mean to give shared psychotic disorder - That's what I mostly fear here.. Balance is key as I've said.. SP knows.. It's very uplifting to find balance, tranquility, content etc.. It's like those monks.. Why do they just sit and do nothing? It's good. A good time.

It’s always on a Sunday but can be in March or April depending on some religious stuff.

Oh no, it's fine. It's my understanding it's a psychotic thing and medication should take care of it in time. It just feels real.
