I'm thinking of getting this. Is it worth it? It's on Amazon for like $80. Still cheaper than Chegg which had it for $87.

I need to lose weight too cogladaid. I've been using Noom. I've lost a little weight (I don't want to tell you the numbers in case it triggers you) but approx 18% of what I need to lose to feel comfortable. I need to lose more than that to be really healthy but if I could get to the first number I'd be happy, I think. Noom has been pretty helpful. You have to weigh yourself every day. I don't have an ED but I do find it triggering when it goes up. I'm like, WTH? But that's normal. Weight loss isn't linear. HUGS Kit

Oh no worries I’m not triggered. I don’t want to say something and upset someone else.

Possible trigger:

I signed up for Noom and cancelled right away. Eek. It’s probably helpful but I’m trying to avoid behaviours.

I hate seeing the numbers go up.

Yes, I bought the paper version but I'm sure the ebook is great too.

It's for sure worth it in my opinion. It's highly informative.

Also I think they increased the price. I bought mine for $55 something. Just looked back at my order.

Me too. OMG. And I still can't stop eating candy. There was a positive development last night though, I hit a wall where I started feeling nauseated. That can be a big help if it keeps happening.

I'm trying to learn how to play Yu-Gi-Oh! so I can maybe try playing with my friend sometime. He doesn't know how to play/or have any cards but if I learn I could teach him, he picks up those types of games easily. And I have a few decks we could play with

So so, thanks. Having massively more problems here from the new roommate. I might ask to move anywhere to get away from her. She's a very toxic character. How are you doing, Kit?

Sorry about your new roomie. That's a bummer. I hope you can move away from her soon.

I'm doing okay. Just tired. I took Friday off of work but I am going to the DMV to try to get my Real ID. I hope it doesn't take all day. Hopefully I will still have time to observe Good Friday.
