Sorry to hear that! Are there any coping skills you can use in the meantime before you find a new T?

Also I am trying to limit caffeine intake, especially after 5 pm. I don't know if this will go so well.

Thank you, yeah if it continues I’ll talk to my doctor about it.

It could be a few things. 1 being I stopped Thorazine pretty quickly (probably too fast, I went from 400mg to zero in two days) the 2nd being that I started the abilify shot yesterday, the 3rd being because I drank a lot of coffee.

I do need to exercise more though, that would help burn up some of this energy

Caffeine is an adenosine agonist (Opposite of melatonin) which indirectly increases dopamine.. That's why I focus much better after drinking a very strong coffee in the morning after the Vyvanse kicks in + nicotine too.

Sleep deprivation causes dopamine receptors to be more sensitive? Can have an antidepressant effect but can also cause mania/psychosis.

Ketosis agonizes adenosine receptors as well =]

I keep trying to limit my caffeine and failing at it. I always end up getting “just one cup of coffee” then that turns into 3 to 4 or sometimes more cups throughout the day. It’s too good.

The reason I’m trying to limit is because of sleep issues and I want to take a break from it to reset my tolerance so when I do drink it again it’s more effective/intense

That is cute bb

I got the Razer computer brand, Sneki Snek plushie not too long ago. Razer sells gaming computer keyboards and mice, stuff like that. But they weirdly made a plushie. It was so weird because it came from South Korea and I’m like “Um wtf is coming from Korea? I didn’t buy anything from there?!” I was scared I thought it was gonna be like those poisonous seeds or something they been shipping from different countries.

I got a new plushie too not too long ago. Forget whether I’ve shared it or haven’t. It’s a bulbasaur but with a rose on her back. I think it’s a homemade. I like that we’re adults but still enjoy things like this

Cutie. How big is it? I sleep between two long pillows besides the one for my head. They calm me. Long pillows aren’t common in some countries I heard

Here's a good article I found about how stuffed animals are comforting even to adults
