I'm still anxious about my intake appointment on Friday. I emailed Pastor T (since I can't get ahold of my regular T) and asked him what they would possibly be talking to me about for 90 minutes. (That just seems like a really long time but maybe it will go by fast!) Maybe Pastor T can relieve some of my anxiety. Hmmm. Distress tolerance.....I think I need to learn about this so I can handle it better. Hello IOP. I did order a workbook from Amazon that had DBT exercises in it and some of them are on distress tolerance and emotional regulation which is where I think I need help at. So I am looking forward to getting that. I think I should get it today in the mail.

I don't know why I'm struggling lately. I'm so lost without my vape. We're locked down, I don't think everyone but just us. One of us came down with covid. So everyone else is having smoking breaks except for me. I really want some opioids.im hoping my roommate is ok.

My pdoc appointment went well. He didn't really seem to understand about IOP's so I explained it the best I could, also not having experience with it myself, he said, "good luck" but in a sincere way, not a sarcastic way. He is increasing one of my antipsychotic medications so we'll see if that reduces the voice in my head and it also I guess has some antidepressant properties so he will see if it will work on that also. I'll see him in 3 months.

Made quite a strong coffee this morning. Am buzzed. Bought a coke too.
Procrastinating everything. It's all too much for me. I don't know whether or not I want to chill or do things. I don't want to wake up in the morning, but I sleep in - and I don't want to sleep at night, but I go to sleep early. |

Had a little bit of chocolate I’ve been stowing away for a few weeks. Chocolate with caramel in the middle. Not a huge fan of chocolate anymore due to pregnancy.
My dad was telling me about the hurricane in the south, the fires in Tahoe, and the Afghan war, covid plague, etc It’s crazy how the world is always seemingly ending. Blah. Not my topic of choice but it raises fears in me about death.

Idk what I'm having for dinner. My sister is supposed to put my money on my card so I can order pizza but she hasn't yet. She just drove over to NYC a little while ago, she's eating dinner now so maybe she will soon

It's been raining all day. I love it. It's so relaxing. Rainy days are awesome. I like them better than sunny days.
I'm feeling a little agitated tonight so I'm gonna make some sleepytime herbal tea (has chamomile and whatnot in it) and plug in my Scentsy wax warmer. Will probably read and play some games

Alright, I just ordered. My dominos location was out of ham. So instead of getting ham and pineapple, I got a medium pizza w/ italian sausage, pepperoni, jalapeno peppers, w/ extra sauce on the whole pizza, their cookie brownie dessert thing, some Coke, and some garlic dipping sauces for the crust on my pizza
