Had a 2 hour mind rest. Didn't sleep.

Remember when I used to complain about tiredness all of the time? It was like my main problem... Now I take stims as prescribed and it's all good =] I have the wakefulness of the Energizer Bunny.

I still sleep 10 hours a night but better than in the day as well. Setting an alarm for every morning also helped.

I'm gonna try taking a break from here and Facebook for a week. Just to calm my anxiety, agitation, etc. I get overwhelmed by information overload

Ignore my post. I was just not feeling good last night at all. I’m feeling better today. I don’t feel like punching a hole in the wall or myself anymore. I woke up feeling better, not agitated anymore.

My quarterly Orkin (pest control) inspection went well today. And I talked to my apartment case manager. She’s gonna put in a referral for me to go to that mental health group that meets downstairs in the community room every last Friday of the month. They do things like art, music, journaling, meditation, etc stuff for people with mental health problems.

Tomorrow they’re checking the utility closet like they do two times a year. To make sure everything’s ready/working for winter.

Everyone at work test positive for covid. I've been directly exposed. Getting tested today. I just got over pneumonia a few weeks ago. Now my chest symptoms are back full swing. I'm taking mucinex. Plz send good vibes for me to be well

I had a really nice weekend y'all. My Dad and I spent about 8 hours working on the James Bond Lego Car. It's so cool. I really enjoyed the free time. I took Amelia to the vet and she's fine. Nice and healthy. Quite a feat to get her to the vet though. And then I went to Church on Sunday and went to the grocery store and got gas and changed my sheets. I got a shower on Saturday which I needed to do. I also watched some mystery movies and part of the Rams game last night. I saw the beginning which apparently was the best part. I really miss my free time Monday through Friday but this IOP won't last forever and then I'll have free time back again.

I've been taking notes during the classes of the IOP. But I am transferring my scribbled notes into a better notebook so I can retain the notes afterward and look at them. I was hallucinating (auditory) yesterday. The demon in my head was super active. He woke me up and then wouldn't shut up. I have already lots of pages of notes from IOP. I really hope I get a lot out of the classes. There's so many coping skills I am learning already.

I'm having kind of a crappy day today. I've tried distracting myself and stuff. That seemingly worked for a little. And I ate lunch and stuff. Just a little down today though.

Sorry you are feeling down WA. I kind of am too. I don't know why though. I hope you feel better soon and that your day starts to go better. Maybe do something nice for yourself!

I just went out and bought myself two books. That makes me feel somewhat better.

I guess I'm still in the evaluation phase of seeing whether this Provigil stuff works for me.

Maybe that's why I was not feeling so good - just uncertainty is tough.
