I have a headache, only slept like an hour last night and am anxious

I feel apathetic - I forgot to take phenibut + I need to prove my address to an exchange - So I have to go to the bank before Nov 9th? What happens then? What if the bank statement/credit card statement doesn't get approved because I didn't take a picture of it properly? What if my address is different because I moved to a different location but in the same town and they deny it?

What if Apple can't deliver the new computer to such a remote location but still takes my money?

My mom says she hates when I'm negative but I can't help it. I feel bad that she said that. She then annoys me and controls me. She spent the 10k I had on selling my condo because that's what she owed to sell it. I said don't bother paying me back.

I smoked some weed, took 0.25mg of clonazepam but it doesn't help so I'm drinking a beer - Apparently alcohol makes me worse.. But Idk..

I just wanted to chill and listen to a podcast today but I work tomorrow and my boss is so serious. I know it's only in the mornings but I feel so bad right now.

I want to take my thorazine tonight because I really need to sleep but I'm afraid if I take it I won't wake up on time. Sometimes I can hear my alarm and get up and other times I just sleep through it even though it's on my phone and charging across the room.

I'll just take it around 7pm I guess, I would be in really bad shape if I go another night without sleep

Took an ibuprofen and a klonopin like an hour ago. Headache is gone, anxiety is less. Still exhausted, hope to actually sleep tonight

The bank didn't give me a bank statement.. She just printed proof of address.. Which was a different house number in town where I live now.. So I went to my other bank and downloaded the document which is the old address (Possibly the same as the crypto exchange) which I sent to my mom through email so she can print it - But I sent the old address proof to the exchange.. Now I have to wait for them to make me try again - Or cancel my account.

So yeah.. I'll have to either figure out how to deposit from a different exchange or find a Canadian exchange (Which I tried to do but one of them didn't LOAD).

This is the no. 1 reason that John McAfee was assassinated - Cuz he was gonna make a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange.

So I'm either going to be a cashier somewhere or a person who shelves books in the local library, it depends what's available when I apply/what I can get. I think it will be a good opportunity to get out of my shell and have more social interaction, plus gain some work experience. I'm hoping to do that for like 6 months and then continue that but also add on a class or two at my college so I can work on finishing my associates, I think I'm changing my major from human services to psychology, I've taken a few psychology and abnormal psychology classes and want to take more. I'd like to eventually someday maybe be a recreational therapist or art therapist

I've been trying to reduce the Klonopin. It's nearly impossible though.

The best I can do is 1.375 mg (down from 1.5 mg) and then I have to take propranolol.

I guess that works? I don't know. This is really hard.

Also, timing isn't that good cause I start a new job (full time) on Monday.

Signed up/got my information taken for the free tablet, they’re going to be bringing them over at 3pm one they submit everybody’s information today so as long as I’m approved which I should be because I gave them my ID, Benefit card, and last four of my Social security number, so I should be able to go back downstairs at 3 and pick mine up.

I have to go to the SW office to get more candy.
