I’m thinking of making baked Buffalo chicken drumsticks maybe next weekend, I have a pack of them. I’d just need to go to the store and get Buffalo sauce.

There’s a lot of dietary restrictions on those. I think we talked about them in my abnormal psych class. There’s a big list of things you have to avoid to keep your blood pressure from shooting up dangerously high. But they’re supposed to be pretty effective.

It’s either those or trycilics I’m remembering. I’m not 100% sure.

Yeah the dietary restrictions certainly wouldn't be fun. I like eating cheese and stuff. So maybe not the best choice for me.

If you need help staying focused, try one — or all 10 — of these tips.
Get rid of distractions. First things first: You need to eliminate distractions. ...
Coffee in small doses. ...
Practice the Pomodoro technique. ...
Put a lock on social media. ...
Fuel your body. ...
Get enough sleep. ...
Set a SMART goal. ...
Be more mindful.

Here are eight tricks and tips for eliminating distractions and paying attention to what you need to do:
Prepare Your Brain. Before a task, calm your brain, says Venezky. ...
Understand Where Your Focus Needs To Be. ...
Unplug For 30 Minutes. ...
Grab Some Coffee. ...
Check the Thermostat. ...
Turn On Some Music. ...
Take Short Breaks. ...
Doodle.

Why can't I stay focused?
Being unable to concentrate can be the result of a chronic condition, including: alcohol use disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) chronic fatigue syndrome.

Why can't I have goals?
Image result for i can't make goals
Goals are only the result of knowing yourself well. Goals reflect who you are. So if you do not see clear goals in the mirror, it's probably because there was no clear “self” standing in front of the mirror. You cannot find your goals in life because you have yet to find YOU.

How do I find me?
Think back to a time when you really felt comfortable in your own skin. ...
Mull over your family dynamic. ...
Get out and try new things. ...
Start going places by yourself. ...
Try to figure out what's important to you. ...
Ditch bad habits. ...
Learn how to practice mindfulness—and actually do it.

I've been listening to some damn good music. It's older bands from 10 years ago.

One more day of work and getting up early.

I feel quite depressed. Must be the alcohol + State of the world. I try to fight it. Maybe tomorrow will be better - But I don't really care if it isn't.

I haven't tried this myself but there's a dieting technique whereby you observe a diet for 6 days, and then on a seventh day eat whatever you want. I always wondered if it works.

Trying a technique to reduce my time on my phone: just setting a timer for an hour and putting the phone face down. I'm not allowed to check the phone until the hour is up. It's a good practice for noting your thoughts. And desires/etc. to check the phone.
