I think I'm gonna get some eggnog when I go grocery shopping this week. I am probably gonna get cookie dough too because I'm craving chocolate chip cookies but I don't feel like making homemade

I'm also getting stuff to make that buffalo ranch chicken crockpot recipe I made a few months ago, it was really good so I want to make it again

Found little Debbie Christmas tree snack cakes while at family dollar so I bought a box of them.

Went to the library too and picked up my requests. Now I have a bunch of manga to read

Omg. When I was just taking the trash out a little black cat jumped out of one of the dumpsters. I wanted it so much, it was so freakin cute but it ran off. And I’m already getting a cat anyway. I feel bad for it.

I slept all day. Have a new roommate. She sounds like Micky Mouse. I don't know if she's here temporarily or long term.

Hey Angelique! I'm here! Sorry to worry you! I don't usually get online on the weekends and then I've been busy at work today so I am just now getting onto My Support Forums. But I got all caught up on the roll call.

I'm doing okay. Just dealing with some SH urges. Otherwise not bad. HUGS to you my friend. Kit

Hollllyy fkk

I've been a promotion customer of a cell phone service company here.. For years, I've never missed a payment and always got the best deals..

There was a promotion for "40GB of data" and I clicked on it (I have 20GB on the Samsung Note 9) and it said that I could get the 40GB + buy the "Samsung Z Fold 3" for 170 dollars a month (My current bill is 140).

They took 530 dollars off of the device as a special offer + I can get ~700 for returning my current Note 9 + an extra 30 dollars a month is only an extra 720 for 2 years. I got a 2800 dollar phone + 40GB of data for FREE.

That's a steal man. It's the phone that I wanted too. I ordered it.

I have an appointment with my therapist on wednesday. Hoping we can talk about how to lessen/minimize the OCD symptoms.

I got a workbook from the library on it. But I want help/advice from her as well. At our last appointment said she had a worksheet or something we can go over about it at our next appointment.

I probably inherited it from my mom. She had OCD. Along with other mental illnesses which I also got too.

I definitely have some ocd symptoms. I am not quite sure what helps me with them, probably just meds, honestly. I know certain meds can be helpful for it.

I’m on Zoloft which should help but it doesn’t seem to for some reason.

I mean it helps to a certain extent. It would probably be worse if I was off it. But there’s still a lot of stubborn symptoms that won’t leave

I’m thinking my best bet is CBT

I think Effexor helps me with mine to some extent. I don't know if you've tried that.

I tried that but it was so long ago that I don’t remember how it affected me. I was only on it for like a week when I was a teenager but they took me off it because I then

I’ve been on celexa, Paxil, Prozac. All the main SSRIs.

Paxil helped my anxiety a lot but I got off it because Zoloft was better for depression and I was struggling with a depressive episode a year ago so I needed something to help that.

Yeah idk then. I'm sorry you had that reaction to Effexor.

Maybe therapy is the best way to approach it. Hoping you have some success with that!
