Also if u feel comfortable you can disclose your disability status to your employer and they might be more lenient on certain things for you. You don't have to tell them a diagnosis. Employers get tax breaks for hiring disabled ppl

I miss my euphoria

I'm really tired, might go to sleep early tonight. I hate going to sleep. I feel like there's so much I'd rather be doing, so much I could get done, it's frustrating that we have to sleep every night

I'm going to be out of one of my meds Sunday but I can't get it until Monday, I guess one day of missing a dose isn't that big of a deal. It's due to be refilled on the 7th but the pharmacy is not open on Sundays. My insurance will only refill it exactly one month from the time it was last filled.

Your insurance are greedy *!

It should not be this waaay.. But you'll be OK.. Don't worry.

Edit: I'd ask the pharmacy for one more day and pay a few dollars

Here the pharmacists were given rights to prescribe anything for a certain time until an appointment is made.

I'm not sure if they do that here but I'm not super worried about it as it's only one day

I have that airborne natural energy vitamin C shot drink thing I might try tomorrow since flu season is coming up (I did get my flu shot). I got a free sample in that little gift bag CVS gave me for getting my 3rd covid vaccine

I should also start taking my women's daily multivitamin again. My diet is pretty limited with my weird food issues so vitamins are important

I don't want to break my streak of not getting sick. I haven't been sick (like as in a cold or flu) since February 2020

I remember in one of my psych ward stays they gave you a multivitamin everyday with your meds

I think my body is starting to get used to the birth control because I haven't been nauseous the past few days and

But my doctor did prescribe anti-nausea pills just in case it gets bad again, I'll pick those up tomorrow

I will keep my awakening on the down low. It can be too much for people to handle.

I thought I wouldn't ever become like those people in the psych ward that would tell me weird things.

One woman in particular would ask people questions and say "You have a little bit of it!" and then ask me a question and I'd answer, she'd say "You have a little bit of it too!"..

I'm massively depressed. Like super severely dragging depressed.
On the other hand, I got my new handbag in the mail today from Kate Spade. Looking forward to seeing that when I come home. It's the first time I ever got a "name brand" handbag. I feel very adult. I got it because I've been doing good in IOP and doing my best in IOP. So kind of like a treat for myself. I also ordered a tote from Kate Spade for my bestie for Christmas. She's going to love it. We have the same favorite designer. I was so sad when she died.

I have an appointment t with my primary care doctor early tomorrow morning for a physical. Hopefully that goes well. And hopefully my ride actually shows up

I might ask to be tested for diabetes. Just to be sure I don’t have it. It runs in my family and I’ve not been eating healthily the past year. And of course the AP and Atypical AP increasing risk. And I want to make sure I’m not pre-diabetic either

She's good, thanks Angelique. She picked my Dad as her favorite person so several times a day she climbs into his lap and waits expectantly for her pets. She likes to be petted very firmly and she sticks her behind up in the air to get pets. It's kind of cute except when it is in your face! Lol. She doesn't like Amelia coming inside. Amelia is mostly an outdoor cat but she comes inside occasionally but Helen is getting territorial about the house and doesn't like Amelia coming in. Helen still bites and puts her claws out which is kind of annoying but she is just so darn cute that I let it go. Unfortunately as my Dad is older, his skin is thinner and so sometimes she makes him bleed. I feel bad about that. But mostly she is a happy little cat. She lets me pick her up all the time and give her kisses and cuddles. Amelia doesn't always like to be handled so she will shy away from getting picked up most of the time or it takes a lot of coaching. But with Helen I just bend down and pick her up and love on her. I wish she slept with me but she might when it gets colder. It's still been pretty warm here, in the 70's during the day and in the 30's or 40's at night. Thanks for asking Angelique! Kit
