We're going to the theater Friday to see Dune. That same day the animal crossing update and DLC is released too, so it will be a really good day!

Sometime on the weekend my sister is coming over to help me put my coffee table together

In places like India, a child or teenager would say to their family, "Good God! I think I'm God!" and then their family would be like, "Congratulations! You've figured it out! ^-;"

I had a 50 day streak of not taking klonopin but I took one tonight because my anxiety is out of control right now, I try to only take it when I really, really need it

I went ahead and ordered some cat food and litter, and a toy, just so I'm prepared for when the kitten comes

Okay I also bought a pet bed, litterbox, Temptations cat treats, and a 3 pack of arm and hammer pet fresh carpet odor eliminator (so I can freshen up my carpets every time I vacuum)

And I got an Outback Steakhouse gift card for my sister since I needed to start my Christmas shopping

Doing laundry, went outside for a bit but it was a little too cold to be comfortable so I came back inside.

Going to the pizza place across the street later, getting a slice of pizza, a Jamaican beef patty, a piece of NY cheesecake, and a soda

This is the type of cute breakaway bowtie collar I want to get the kitty when I get them. I will have to wait and see which cat I pick out and then pick out good colors for them

I have my apartment recertification interview on Friday, nervous. Worried they'll try to kick me out or something

My anti anxiety show just added a new season! And my phone is working! Unfortunately, the sim is in slot 2 instead of slot 1. I hope it doesn't matter. Yesterday was a really happy day for me.

My new phone is smooth and snappy. The free one I was using before was so slow and weak. I'm really glad I'm not using it anymore.

Just sent a message to my care manager seeing if she can help me get into the ticket-to-work program so I can get a part-time job. I’m hoping to get something that requires minimal person to person interaction because I can’t handle being around a bunch of people

Same.. I only really take kpin for either severe dissociation (If the olanzepine doesn't work) or severe agitation - I don't have generalized anxiety.

I used to kind of like benzos - But they slow my thoughts down and make me want to sleep... - That's the opposite of what I like lol..

The way we use benzos is very good... Chamomile tea can also help because it binds to benzodiazepine receptors (Chemical = Apigenin).

I was prescribed 120x 0.5mg clonazepam when I was 16 and took 6x of them to relax then ended up swallowing the whole bottle - They tasted like chalk. I was too young and stupid..

We must help WA to lower the dose of his kpins... But he has GAD so it's quite difficult..

Hi guys. I'm anxious. I see IOP individual T in an hour and a half. I haven't seen her in more than two weeks, when she sent me to the hospital. I don't want to talk about that with her. I don't know what to talk about though. I wonder how much longer my insurance will pay for IOP. It's been since September 9th. I'm so anxious.

I’ll have to ask about that, see what I can find that I can get to either by bus or walking. I’m also considering stocking shelves in some store as an option too

I was anxious too about seeing my psychiatrist. I wrote everything down and then sent it in an email to my mom. It helped. You could try something like that =]

I got 3x 1 month prescriptions for all of my meds - That brings my anxiety right down cuz it taxes my mind when I have to think about them. So I don't have to worry anymore.

I love omeprazole. It works amazingly well for my acid reflux, it was so severely bad before I got on it now it's like nothing

Ppl use it to help opioid withdrawal. It has an antidepressant effect in mice at lethal doses. *The more you know*..

The ticket to work program is designed to get you off of disability. If you want to keep disability you can still work and not be in the ticket to work program. You just can't make over a limit on your checks and send in your paystubs to SS every month. If u are trying to get off disability then ticket to work is a good way

If u have any questions about working on disability you can ask me BB. I was on disability for 8 years and worked my way off of it in 2018. But for years I worked very part time hours while still on disability

Thank you, yeah I want to keep my disability, so maybe I'll just wait till the vocational rehabilitation program gets back to me so I can work a certain amount of hours without losing it instead of ticket to work, for now at least. My care manager faxed them my application but they told her they never got it so she had to re-send it recently. I don't think I'm quite ready to work my way off it yet, as I've never really worked before aside from a very short holiday temp job when I was 18, I'm 27 now.

I'm looking online and the best thing I can find is part-time cashier at a ice/cream convenience chain, there's 2 right by me within walking distance. But I have such bad social anxiety I don't know how I'd do with that, but they do have flexible hours, you can work just on weekends or as much as you want really

Do they train you before you start?

Most all jobs like that will train you before you start an you get paid for training. Honestly being a cashier actually really helped my social anxiety in the long run. I found the only way thru it is to put yourself out there and face the fears. Working as a cashier basically helped me relearn how to be social
