I don't want to go to the ER for it. I would just end up stuck there for 12 hours in the waiting room. Plus I have no way to get there. I'm just going to try to get in to see the dentist tomorrow. Plus I left a message with my primary care doctor on Monday afternoon so maybe he will get back to me when he's in the office tomorrow. There's no minute clinics at the CVS's in this area and not a Walgreens in walking distance. If for some reason I can't get an appointment at the dentist tomorrow I'll call my doctor back if he doesn't get back to me by 4pm tomorrow

I do a week/month of things, all different every day.

I'm now moving onto meditation. I need to meditate - It's just so hard.

Everything will be OK if I say so.. I just need to know........ what to do.

I see my therapist tomorrow. I'm not sure what to say - But I will say a lot.

I see my therapist tonight via telehealth. I don't know what to say either.

If you can’t get in tomorrow you could try a teledoc….they can prescribe but you probably have to pay a fee…hopefully you get in though.

When this happens to me, I do the first thing that comes to mind without judging whether it’s good or not

I'm back home, they took an Xray of the tooth and said the decay went deep, so they cleaned the decay out and put a filling in, thankfully it's not infected it's just that the decay was close to the nerve which is why it's been hurting so much, so I don't need antibiotics or anything, and hopefully won't need a root canal or to get it pulled, they said with it cleaned out and the filling in it it should start feeling better soon. They said next I should come in for a cleaning and full exam, so I'm going to be doing that in a week or so, walk-in again since they don't schedule those ahead of time

They said not to eat/chew anything on that side for today so the filling can set. So I'm kind of just stuck drinking protein shakes for today because I'm missing a molar on the other side of my mouth so I can't really chew properly on that side.

Is it the silver kind of filling? Last time I got the white and it just set with UV instantly. Hugs and hope you feel better by tomorrow…

It's the white kind, I'm not sure why they said that, they normally use the UV when I get fillings but they didn't this time I don't think

Yeah me too. I'm gonna go there next Thursday early in the morning again to get the cleaning/full exam, so I can get the process of getting whatever other fillings I need started. After you get a cleaning/exam then they will actually schedule appointments ahead of time for whatever fillings, etc you need, so you don't have to do walk-ins for those

It probably is too hot in summer but it can’t be worse than winter here, either way you’re trapped inside for a few months.

I'm going to make myself take better care of my teeth.

Between negative symptoms causing me not to be motivated to brush/floss enough at times, the purging I did for years, and having acid reflux they've been in bad shape. They'll never get back to where they were before all this but I can at least take care of them now and try to prevent further damage.

I'm not sure what I'm doing for the rest of the day, I think I'm gonna read and maybe play some games or watch Supernatural on Netflix. I'm gonna get back on the treadmill tomorrow. I took a break for a few days because I wasn't feeling up to it. I made plans to go hang out with my friend on Saturday and then my sister is coming over to visit on Sunday. I have her birthday card for her. Her birthday was on the 4th, I already sent her an amazon gift card through email that day, but I have a birthday card for her too. It has a hedgehog on it playing guitar, it's cute I have some chocolates I ordered for her but they haven't been delivered here yet. Maybe they'll be here before Sunday, that would be good.

I do miss the ocean though, I used to go there a lot because we lived in Melbourne, Florida right by Melbourne beach. I only lived there for like a year

That's awesome! We were supposed to go see the manatees but never got around to it while I was there, they're really cute. I was around 11 or 12 when I lived there. I visited several times before my mom and I moved there because my sister and her husband lived there then. (My sister is 20 years older than me lol)

There are little lizards all over the place too, they're awesome, they used to get in my sister's pool area and her chihuahua would bark at them
