Yeah, an air fryer sounds like it can do a lot of cool stuff.

Dabo bread is an Ethiopian bread, usually served at breakfast, like with coffee. I make it in a loaf pan but traditionally it is made in a much bigger pan and served communally. It has some spices in it that I had trouble getting but I ordered some on Amazon and found the rest at Super Walmart.

You can freeze the baked cookies for up to 3 months. Place them on a baking sheet in the freezer until they are completely frozen. Then transfer them to freezer bags or an airtight container. To reheat the frozen cookies, bake in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes, or until until warmed through.

Or, you can make the peanut butter cookie dough ahead of time, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and freeze. When ready to bake, allow the dough to thaw in the fridge until you’re ready to form and bake the cookies."

But it's not like I get to hold him in my arms and read to him, and rock him to sleep and watch over him as he grows. I do get to write him letters and I get pictures that he draws back and letters from him too. I have 14 children that I sponsor from 9 countries, so I am blessed that way. I just am not blessed to have my own. Sometimes this mental illness is like a curse!

How about becoming a big brother or equivalent here? You get to mentor the kids basically….

The cookies are good, I was able to eat some on the other side of my mouth so I didn't mess up my filling

I have heard of Potbelly in my MBA classes we did a case study on them. But I have never eaten at one. It sounded good though!

Enjoy!

Sounds yummy! We don't have them here in CA I don't think, or at least not where I am at but I remember the videos we watched in my MBA classes and it looked really good. I hope yours is yummy tonight! Maybe I will get my pampered chef pans tonight and will get some bread made! Yum. I might make one plain loaf and one Dabo. I might need to pick up some yeast though!

Amelia has a vet appointment on Saturday. She's okay. It's just a checkup. But catching her will be fun. My Dad thinks he can do it but he can never get her in the kennel to take her to the appointment. So we'll see. And Helen threw up all over the rug this morning! I hope her little tummy is feeling better by now!

I did tell my Dad that Helen threw up so he could keep an eye on her. She probably just napped all day though.

Does Amelia have a favorite treat you could lure her into the carrier with? Pounce is usually good.

She likes temptations but she won't get in the kennel for that. My Dad has to catch her then I have to sneak up behind him with a pillowcase and slide her backwards into the pillowcase and then put the pillowcase in the kennel and then shut the door! It's quite a lengthy process. We usually start about two hours before her appointment because it takes us so long to get it right! Poor baby!

My Stockpile stock account is still down $12.11 but it regained $2.29 today. Yeah! Next payday I will put some more money into the stocks I own on stockpile. It's kind of fun. I leave the "real" investing up to my financial advisor but it is kind of fun just playing around with the stocks. Especially because I can buy like $25 at a time and not have to pour $1000's into it at once.

I have freedom. I just need more imagination. It won't last - Because somewhere, I'll fly there.. I wish.. I could change. Spin the wheel of time, be gone - Away from this place. Memories pop up at random times, I forget this time. All of what I have done was so easy, so I gave up mentally. After that, it was all of the wrong things. Now, I stand here, alone. If I want it all, I will go somewhere narrow, into a realm as is just what I need.

I need to be more aware.. But how aware should I be.

I'm going on vacation again in April to the island to see family. Next week, the musician friends will visit - And people will drink alcohol. I will relax.

I need to feel.. Anhedonia was my only complaint to psychiatry.
