You can always take a PRN kpin WHILE you're tapering.

Or tough through it - You would only need to do that if you're not tapering properly. Minimal anxiety should be present so try to be OK with that.. And then things will get better.

Yeah I'm tapering as my doc said. I will try to put up with it. Thanks.

I woke up at 4:30am, mind spinning, overthinking.

Possible trigger:

I'll make a coffee, take vyvanse and try to escape by reading or something. That's my plan.

Sorry you're feeling that way.

I got up ridiculously early today too.

I already made one coffee - time for another lol.

Reading is good.

I need to do more of it myself.

Going grocery shopping in a bit. It's extremely windy here. I don't feel like going but I'm pretty much out of everything so I definitely have to go. I'm getting a lot of healthy foods.

I woke up around 3:45am because my tooth was aching so I took some ibuprofen which helped and decided to just stay up because I went to sleep pretty early last night anyway (9pm)

Have a therapy appointment in the afternoon

I literally just tried to make a cup of strawberry milk, poured the milk in the cup and turned around for one second to open the strawberry syrup and turn around and guess who’s drinking the milk? Miss Mustachio 😺 she’s frustrating sometimes lol but I can’t get mad at her

I called and left a message with the nurse for my primary care doctor, I hope he gets back to me soon, he's usually there on Wednesdays I think, so I might not hear back until tomorrow

I had a good appointment with my therapist. She called the dentist for me since she is a healthcare worker and can get through on a different extension, she was just concerned about my toothache and that I haven't been able to be seen yet. They told her they could make an appointment for me but it would be for a month away which isn't good, I don't mind waiting for appointments but not when it's a possible infection and might need antibiotics, so they said they have walk-ins available at 6:45am on weekdays, so if I go there early I might be able to get in. I have nothing important to do Wednesday through Friday so I can go there super early each day and hope to get in, I am going to walk there at 5:40am tomorrow morning, it's a 10-15 minute walk.

I have no idea what time people typically show up or how many people will be there for walk-in dental on a weekday, so I hope I don't miss out again like I did on Saturday when I went there and tried to get an appointment. If I end up not getting one tomorrow because there's too many people ahead of me, I'll know to come a lot earlier on Thursday. Either way, I'm determined to get an exam done this week. I'll head out at 5:30 tomorrow, that gives me 15 minutes to walk there, then I only have to wait an hour till they open. I don't think people would be coming out too much earlier, I mean I doubt anyone's out there before 5am

Maybe you could take Ubers there? I don't like the thought of you being alone before sunrise there.

Something's going on with my phone and it's really upsetting. Someone keeps changing my settings. This morning I thought the phone was bricked but I realized it was probably the brightness, so it was turning on, I just couldn't see it.

Someone added a note to shop for eggs, on and on this is happening. I need a VPN and to turn the phone off before I fall asleep.

It's a fairly quick walk so I wouldn't really want to use money on a cab, money is kind of tight right now. It's pretty peaceful here in the mornings, it's the night you have to worry about. And the weather is kind of bad, it's cold, like 30 degrees and windy, so not many people come out. It's also on a main road, so I wouldn't be in like a area alone where there's nothing or nobody There are cars driving by, people going to work

The sunrise is at 6:18am tomorrow morning, maybe I'll go around then, I'm just worried about there not being enough appointments available if people are ahead of me though

I feel like the Klonopin sometimes helped with my productivity. Or, maybe the lack of it is interfering with my productivity. I hope it's temporary.

Yeah that's true.

I'm also thinking about seeing a different therapist. My current one is too "action-oriented". This makes me frustrated because I can't just "change" all the time.

You can take 800 mg ibuprofen at least twice a day. You can use Listerine as a nerve deadener but I prefer using rum, although it's all over for me, except for the last few appointments I need to have.
