I'm so bored all the time. I guess I need a job but I don't know what I'd do. Typical jobs haven't worked out too well for me.

Olanzepine is my most important med. It would be hell if I stopped the others - But without olanzepine, I think I'd might vanish into another universe.

Same here. Olanzapine seems to help a lot.

That makes me think: hey, maybe I should be on more Olanzapine. I am on 10 mg, but my pdoc says I can take an extra 5 mg PRN. I want to be on 15 mg straight-up. Whenever I'm on 15 mg daily, I feel more able to tackle life's challenges.

I have walk downtown to CVS later to pick up my meds. Then I have to walk to the library to pick up some of my requests that are in.

I finished reading a book this morning, read from around 2am to 4am. Love reading.

My mood has been very stable lately, I'm also having an easier time focusing and with motivation. I feel really good mentally

I bought some nail polish. I had no idea it was $11 and change though. Omg that’s expensive. I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it was that expensive but it was the only thing I was buying and I didn’t want to go put it back so I just gave the cashier the money.

Have you used it yet or can you return it somehow? That’s very expensive for nail polish but I think that is the top brand.

Not yet, I think I’ll use it eventually but I probably will not buy that brand again

Anyone have any tips on how to avoid caffeine late in the day? It is destroying my sleep.

I have some big bags of Reese's cups, Skittles, and Sour Patch Kids. I might try cooking some of the Reese's into a fudge brownie mix I have

Drink decaf, that's what I've been doing lately, I still have caffeine occasionally but not 5-6 cups of caffeinated coffee a day anymore. I'm not the biggest fan of decaf but it's not so bad when it's iced

If you want to get off caffeine totally, slowly cut back over a period of several weeks and then once you get down to 1 cup or less of caffeinated coffee every few days, then stop buying caffeinated coffee and stop keeping it in the house, it's much easier to avoid drinking it if it's not in the house to begin with because you'd have to go out of your way to go to a café or store anytime you wanted coffee, sometimes it works for me because I'm personally lazy and don't feel like going out of my way to get things that aren't readily available in my apartment lol

Going grocery shopping tomorrow. Getting stuff to make a cheesy chicken fajita bake I found on Pinterest. It looks good, hopefully it comes out alright

I just threw out all my caffeinated coffee. Hopefully the withdrawal isn't bad. If it is I'll just go out for a coffee I guess.
