I may have to go on short term disability at work until my brain starts working right. I’m not very happy about this.

Just ordered Easter candy from sees….kept seeing these scotchmallow eggs they sound delish. Also got a centennial Easter tin. Then I got polar bear paws for bf. He likes polar bears so I thought he’d get a kick out of them.

Well good news the lump that was on my lymph node was NOT lymphoma.

Still need to investigate the lump I have under my armpit though, but good news for now.

I was ignorant. That was my problem. But I was also in isolation and talked to only one person (My abuser) for years. So how could I possibly know what to do?

If I don't know what a word means or it's spelling, I look it up now - Always. I used to never do that. I gave up on life at a certain point.

Depression? Negative symptoms.

And arguing with people on FB doesn't help. Lol

You can't just learn until the day you die.. You have to take breaks and speak about what you know - If you're any bit social.

You say what you think is true from what you know currently - And learn from others, in conversation etc..

I never did that. I didn't even have feedback. I was in an echo chamber of no one but myself. And that's kind of why I'm even writing this. Because it's what I've learned to do.

I'm getting this for Stash instead of the Cactus scratching post, once my refund is processed. (I think she'll like this because it has both scratching posts and a hammock to lay in, etc), plus it's $10 cheaper than the cactus
It also has a ball toy hanging off it and a bristle arch so she can walk through it and it will brush her

I'm gonna get something like this with my mom next week. Cats are bored inside. We can't let them outside cuz of fast traffic and coyotes.

Also just listening to Steely Dan right now. I feel a bit hypomanic, which is synonymous with being in a good mood. So I don't care about the connotation.

Out of the many substance induced hypomanias I've had, I've always kept myself cool headed. I'd feel the immense power of good feelings, and stay calm.

I think extroverts have a harder time controlling mania. Unless, compared to other people, I'm just a depressed .. Hmm what simile, animal would be depressed..

I meant I got a job where I live now in the US. Ha. Not in Chile yet.

It's all good. I wasn't really hypomanic I don't think actually. I think it was just that I was in a good mood...

Stash now gets half a can of wet food every day along with her dry food, she's definitely happy about it. Every morning I say do you want breakfast? She gets super excited, meows, chirps, and then I give her some wet food. I keep her dry food bowl filled throughout the day too so she gets enough to eat, and of course she has a water dish and she also has her own designated water cup on my bedside table that she loves to drink out of, I keep that filled up with water for her too lol.

I have 7 requests ready for pickup at the library

I just bought some Easter candy for my cousin…she’s going through a lot. She’s kind of a health nut but I think she’ll still eat it. It’s not a ton of candy, mostly reminded me of stuff our grandma got.

Feeling really good this morning - Had very good dreams.

I have to work when my mom gets to go skiing.. I'm not gonna work next time that it's a sunny day and when I can go skiing.

Cuz it's so sunny right now - One of those days with clear night sky and the sun then melting the frost on the grass.

Omg I am a moron, their son has a nut allergy and I included a giant Rocky Road egg. I called the company but it’s too late they’re already shipping.
