Ah just the energy shortage, especially in Europe (Cuz all countries in the West stopped "Domestic energy", now rely on Russia - And the damn Nord sea pipeline got destroyed).

USA is a 3rd world country now all of a sudden.

I think my mental health deteriorates fast when I start spending too much time in my apartment and not talking to people. Like really fast. Like after a whole day or two of that I start feeling like I’m losing touch with reality

Kitty's Love Story is a heartbreaking episode of Gunsmoke. First, it's terribly written. The dialog is terrible. Then, Kitty tells her new friend about everything she gave up, which I can relate to. No family and no home. They didn't even write an absence explanation to explain Kitty's disappearance from the show, not long after that episode. She just isn't there anymore and no one cares. When Doc had to leave the show they wrote a storyline of his being gone. But for Kitty, nothing. It's just bothering me.

I ended up sitting outside for awhile but came back in because it was too cold. I have to walk that way several times next week for a couple dentist appointments and a couple trips the the store she I'll stop by then. I was on their website and am super jealous, they have a Stranger Things event thing but it's only for kids up to age 16.

There's an adult Harry Potter trivia night thing soon but I will have to double check when that is. It's for ages 16 and up. I just don't want to feel awkward since I'm 28 lol also you need a team to sign up and play and I don't know anyone else who is interested in HP. And I just checked, it's on a day I'm volunteering

Hi friends, hello everyone. I hope everyone is good today. I'm okay. I'm kind of tired though. But maybe because we raised the Latuda. Didn't quite get to work as early as I had hoped, but was still early for my shift. Got things done. Now I'm kind of like chilling. I don't know when I see my T next and that is making me anxious. I don't want to be a bother to her though so I haven't asked her. She hasn't offered any times since she had to cancel on Tuesday.

I did make plans though to hang out with a friend who also lives here, we're hanging out the morrow afternoon in one of the lounge / study areas in the building here to just chat and read

I just received an Ancestry DNA +Traits test in the mail. Next Friday I plan to provide the sample and ship it to Ireland.

My siblings and mother did it so I decided to as well. Like other posters I was really nervous about my DNA being used for other purposes. I'm okay with it now.

I plan to purchase a 23andMe test around Christmas time to compare the two.

My mom had another setback and her nursing home is switching to hospice care now. I feel badly that I haven't called much. Actually, I feel a lot worse than that. Given her dementia, it's been remarkable how much she loves us and remembers us. The risperdal doesn't let me cry really, so I feel empty and hollow.
