I just applied for Section 8. Not bouncing around from relative to friend to relative ranging anywhere from annoying to dangerous would be nice. Now I just have to wait 10 years.

Slicing a cucumber for a salad and cut my finger. I ate my salad before I went to the walk in clinic. Wasn’t as bad as my last cut so they just bandaged it up and sent me on my way.

Had a good appointment with my therapist. Discussed how volunteering is going. Told her about the peer specialist thing I plan on doing, she said that would be great and that I would be really good at it. Also talked about the dissociation for awhile and some grounding techniques and ideas for when it happens. She said sometimes the brain just splits off from panic and dissociates to numb you when you have trauma in order to kind of make you not feel the panic but it often just makes things worse.

Buying some new strings for both my ukuleles and restringing them.
Tomorrow I have to finally drag myself to CVS to pick up my meds that have been sitting there for like a week. Also need to clean. Have bingo to go to too. And an hour of ukulele practice. Should be a good day. Me and my boyfriend are learning the yugioh card game together and are gonna try to play against each other over video chat this weekend. I’m going to my friends house on Sunday and we’re gonna play some card games as well. Oh and Saturday I’m going to a free clothing place to hopefully get some new to me clothes. Feels like I'm heading into a mixed episode. I usually start seeing early warning signs this time of year and the episode lasts until August/September. I really need to take my PRNs more consistently to avoid full blown mania. I took Haldol last night and this morning. I should take the olanzapine too since it helps me sleep through the night. I'm still paranoid about my ex (which I think is totally reasonable), and I'm starting to think my mom is trying to get me to kill myself. I've never explicitly told her I'm bulimic, but I think she knows and I think she's intentionally triggering me because she wants me to die from it.

I’m trying to think positively about different things such as my progress in life and my body. Trying to not hate on myself so much.
I’ve been getting into mobile gaming since I got the new phone. Some of the ones I’ve been playing are Cozy Grove, Yugioh Master Duel, The Sims FreePlay, Pokémon Go , Temple run and angry birds , Minecraft, etc. this phone can handle games much better than my old phone could.
