Some of the cats there today were rescued from a barn, the guy who owned the barn was trying to take care of them but one of his neighbors kept trying to shoot the cats , so he got them taken to the rescue thankfully

It looks like I won't shower today. I don't know. I'm really depressed and my other jeans are lost. I'm so sick of this place.

I talked with the violin instructor, she lives in Los Angeles. She was recommended by my boyfriends guitar instructor. We’ll start doing lessons next weekend. I’m probably only doing one lesson this month but next month I’ll do 4 lessons. I’m paying for three 30 minute zoom lessons and my bf wants to pay for the 4th lesson each month. So yeah that’s pretty exciting. She says it’s great that I have a background in violin cause that will help a lot. I told her my goals and what I hope to learn. She said she can definitely help me with those. And there’s a lot of Vivaldi songs she said I can learn before working my way up to Summer by Vivaldi (the four seasons), which is a song I really want to learn. Anyway, I’m pretty excited. My first lesson is half priced so that is nice.

Hi everyone. Sorry it has been a while. Hopefully I can be back to being more regular soon. My mental health is starting to do a bit better I think, even though now my neck/shoulder/back are killing me. The diagnosis keeps coming back as arthritis, bone spurs, and mild to moderate narrowing of the C5 and C6 but that is based on two x-rays only. I hope my Dr will send me for an MRI or refer me to a spine specialist or an arthritis doctor. Unfortunately my GP is out of the country until the 14th so I don't have an appointment until the 21st. I was at the ER for quite a while yesterday.

My therapist and I have been meeting for a while. Since February I think. She is very consistent. I like her. We are starting to make some movement I think on some issues. Tomorrow I see her again via telehealth.

I hope all is good with everyone. I am trying to read back through the thread to catch up.

I hope to check in here at least once a day now.

Got a hold of the doctor and I made an appointment for next Friday but then my mom was like ‘I have an appointment on Tuesday we can switch’ (we have the same doctor) so now my appointment is next Tuesday morning.

I’m so tired. Just like exhausted. I get lightheaded when I stand up. Absolutely convinced at this point it’s anemia.

But that begs the question - why? I became lactose intolerant again a few months ago so there must be something going on with my small intestine not absorbing nutrients properly and not producing lactase and stuff correctly either.

So hopefully my doctor can figure it all out. I work tomorrow and Thursday then I’m off work for a four day weekend.

Just need to last two days of work. I have a football game Thursday night, and seeing Barbie on Friday.

Man, I could go for a steak.

Sorry to hear about your medical troubles. That's hard. yay for football! Dad and me have tickets to the Rams training camp this weekend (Saturday). It occured to me just now you might mean football as in soccer and not football as in American football. Have you been following the women's world cup? The games don't come on here at a good time but I have been following the rankings. The Barbie movie looks fun. I saw Indiana Jones twice. Kind of want to see Oppenheimer too but probably won't make it to the theatre for that one. Me too! Steak is awesome!

True lol I’m too tired to cook dinner tonight. Combination of not being able to sleep last night, not having caffeine , and volunteering which was a lot of physical work today. I’m just looking forward to getting a nice pepperoni, Italian sausage and jalapeño pepper pizza delivered with some lava cakes

Peanut butter honey sandwiches are great! I love putting banana on them too, sometimes grilling them in the pan I think I recall you saying you’re allergic to bananas though? But peanut butter and honey is still good

Also this week is going to be exhausting. Three volunteer days. (Today was Kitten Angels, Thursday and Friday are the shelter serving food to people) and grocery shopping, hanging out with my friend, walking to the store to buy essentials. May not sound like much but it’s a lot for me

Yeah I mean like Canadian football! I call soccer ‘footie’ but most people know it as soccer so I don’t want to confuse anyone. Canadian football is basically the same as American football except the field is 150 yards and there are only 3 downs (not 4).

I watched a little bit of a game of the World Cup but not really following much. I know Canada got knocked out today. Boo.

I saw the Indiana Jones movie a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed it! I saw Oppenheimer on Sunday and it was good but the score and sound mixing annoyed me lol.

I’m trying to find things to eat with iron and protein to see if it makes me feel better. I’m just so tired and unfocused.

I’m trying to figure out why my hair gets so greasy the day after I shower. So like the next day after I shower it gets really oily. I’m wondering if it’s because I use a combination shampoo/conditioner on all my hair. Maybe I should just use shampoo

Crap I need olanzapine again. I think I'm gonna replace the lurasidone with olanzapine.

I really wish I hadn't listened to my doctor back in the US about being on lurasidone instead of olanzapine. Really really really wish I hadn't listened to him.

Edit: nvm bad idea
