I hope my Dr will send me for an MRI or refer me to a spine specialist or an arthritis doctor. Unfortunately my GP is out of the country until the 14th so I don't have an appointment until the 21st. I was at the ER for quite a while yesterday.

My therapist and I have been meeting for a while. Since February I think. She is very consistent. I like her. We are starting to make some movement I think on some issues. Tomorrow I see her again via telehealth.

I hope all is good with everyone. I am trying to read back through the thread to catch up.

I hope to check in here at least once a day now.

I really wish I hadn't listened to my doctor back in the US about being on lurasidone instead of olanzapine. Really really really wish I hadn't listened to him.

Edit: nvm bad idea
Can you get a local doctor to prescribe the zyprexa? I hope you feel better soon.

It's probably due to scrubbing your scalp. You should go longer between shampoos, I go a week and use shampoo and conditioner, it keeps my hair from getting tangled and snarled. When I was young I used to wash my hair everyday because it got so oily if I waited a day. Now it only gets a little oily and dirty after a week.

I was thinking of ordering a pizza the past couple of days but one of my roommates is still gone, and the other one just came back from the hospital and is very weak still. Not sure she's well enough to sit up and eat.

Thanks. Yeah the problem is that olanzapine caused my triglycerides to be really high and my bad cholesterol to be really high and caused weight gain.

So I am actually glad to be on lurasidone. It's just that sometimes I don't know what to do about my doubts. Kind of ironic that I say it that way, that I don't know what to do about my doubts. Meaning I doubt my doubts. Haha.

Also I just meditated for 20 minutes. Amazing what meditation does for me. I love it. I am using the free app Plum Village.

Got a lot done today. Got all the household essentials I’ll need for the month and cat food. Have plenty of cat litter from when chewy accidentally delivered 95lbs of it to me. Put money on my bus card so I have a way to my volunteer job and grocery shopping trips. Payed my phone payment and Crunchyroll (anime streaming site) subscription. I got my violin and the violin mute (mutes are put on the bridge to lessen the sound , because I live in an apartment and don’t want to be super loud), money is set aside for violin lesson. And I still have quite a bit of money left which I’m saving towards college. I think I budgeted fairly good compared to other months.

There’s always decaf if you want. The taste is the same. @Blue_Bird

I’ve been mostly decaf for years now but still enjoy decaf tea and coffee.

I’m onto my 4th does if mirtazapine tonight. So far bar a little daytime sleepiness I’ve not noticed any side effects.

Meditation can change how I’m feeling so fast. Just 20-30 minutes of it and I feel better than before , glad it’s been helpful for you

I’ve occasionally meditated and I think it can help a bit. Been ages since I last did though.

I always liked listening to Zero 7 whilst meditating.

Hi everyone. Hi Angelique!

Today I have therapy. Coming up soon. About nine more minutes. It feels like it has been a month since I saw her but I saw her just last week. Time is so weird sometimes...

Lol I had DPDR last night (But was very calm) - My mom said "Take a clonazepam and go to sleep", I said "I don't understand sleep.. I don't understand reality" - "You don't need to understand that right now - I'm not leaving until you take the clonazepam and put your head down" she said.

So I lied there, feeling like a doll (In a doll house), "Love, loveeee - Why does everyone love me" (And my cat sit beside me, purring).

Idk. But w/e. Today has been good so far though. I did my taxes and all, accomplished another day.

And it's okay to not accomplish anything some days (That's all okay..)

Well, I've been pretty down lately. But the laundry finally returned my other pair of jeans, so I'm glad of that. It's really good to see you, and Kit.

I know that mirtazapine works differently for different people but it's been a true lifesaver for my depression.

Thanks, Blue_Bird, I am now doing a guided meditation (not right now of course) but it helps too. I always liked the guided meditations from Andy Puddicombe on the app Headspace.
