Been good.

Getting more into playing video games.

Started crocheting a scarf tonight.

Went to the gym this morning.

My main hobbies to keep myself busy over winter - video games, crochet, and gym.

Can’t sleep. Was tired all day now that it’s time to sleep I’m wide awake. I have work tomorrow.

My sister dropped off this really nice memory foam pillow for me. On its own it costs like $110. It came with her mattress and she didn’t use it so I have it now. It’s extremely comfortable.

I read a ton today. Probably 4 hours total of reading my book. Did my best to stay off social media and the internet in general. Which helped my anxiety a lot and my mood and focus on other areas of my life. I spent a couple hours practicing violin and ukulele as well.

Took a shower. I’m all set for tomorrow. Just have to get up and get ready. I set my alarm for 5am. I don’t have to head out till 9:40am. So that gives me time to meditate and drink coffee, eat breakfast, spend some time reading, before I go. I’m gonna check back in here on Friday. Hope you all have a great week!

I took a paid day off today. Because I was really struggling with severe anxiety this morning and also I woke up late. So I don’t have to go back in till Wednesday. I have tomorrow off anyway already cause I don’t work Tuesdays.

I didn’t want to do that but I feel like it’s okay to take a mental health day if I’m really struggling, especially if it’s a paid day off and doesn’t mess up my attendance points.

My insurance after like 5 years suddenly no longer covers chlorpromazine (Thorazine) so idk what to do about that

So it apparently is covered still, even though they sent me a message earlier telling me it wasn’t covered by my insurance anymore , it’s now being filled and will be ready tomorrow , that’s odd.

Yup!

And I requested extra work for Friday and Sunday. So hopefully I can pick up a shift or two this week in addition to my scheduled days , Wednesday and Thursday. Since I took today off with paid time off.
I’m trying to be more positive about work, it won’t be forever.

I spent some time practicing violin today. My next lesson is on Saturday.

I’m trying to hold off on making pumpkin bread till next week. I’m really tempted to make it now cause I have all the ingredients.

I’m trying to cut out caffeine. I’m slowly replacing regular with decaf. It’s gonna take me awhile but I’ll get there.

Have to go to social security tomorrow to report my wages. My program director is bringing me there

Trying to start playing through this big tabletop rpg board game I have. You can play it on your own , it can have 1-4 players. I have to learn how to play it but I’m gonna use the guidebook as I play because it’s a lot of stuff to learn. It’s called Descent: Legends of the Dark. It’s the game that I painted those miniature figures that go with it. Anyway, it’s a long game and there’s several campaigns so it’s gonna take me awhile. I’m gonna start setting aside 3-4 hours a day one to two days a week to play it. I’ve always wanted to play it I just lose focus fast. But I’m gonna definitely play it, I love playing games like this.

Still working on learning Magic The Gathering too. (The card game)

Sometimes pdocs must write a note or something explaining why a particular drug is needed.

Buying a Fitbit luxe this week. To motivate myself to walk more. For some reason when I have a Fitbit my physical activity increases soooo much. It does a really good job of motivating me. Especially since it’s on my wrist and I don’t have to look at my phone to check steps

That’s a good plan I still need to learn how to crochet. It’s like the perfect hobby for me if I can just figure out how to actually do it correctly.

What games have you been playing? Lately I’ve really gotten into a few mobile games such as Pokémon Go, Hello Kitty, a few others. I still play stuff on my Xbox and Nintendo switch though.

Going to the gym is great! I wish the treadmill here in my building still worked. I have weights and resistance bands and a yoga mat but have a hard time motivating myself to do anything with them.
