...although only just. I've come close to pulling my hair too many times recently. Two months... Still, I've got a consultation with a therapist on Tuesday! Maybe that'll help.

Good! You didn't do it though, that's the main thing... Hope it all works out with the therapist. Take care.

...Two months, is two months, is two months....Good for you for Two Months!!!! Sometimes all you can do is grit your teeth and hang on....I think a therapist in your life can only help.....hopefully two months will become three and four and five and.....I'm sure you know that therapy is not always easy work....I'm glad you are gonna' do it though....

Thanks, inpieces. Yep, I've been told by my doctor that therapy will probably be hard work...I'm hoping it'll be worth it, though.

2 months is fantastic.. and in a way the almost events make it all the more impressive as you managed to resist Two months...
sort of proving to yourself that you CAN go without it and that you ARE strong enough to resist even when the urges come. well done Two months...

working with a theripist can be difficult... but defantly worth it in the long run. good luck

Thanks, Orion. (Another Scot! Two months...) I'm not sure about it being impressive, though...it seems like I just can't be bothered trying to keep my hands away from my head any more. This was how I started pulling again last time after I tried quitting. Two months...
