I’m so sorry that you have had to say goodbye to your therapist. No wonder it is a rough time right now.

Well done childofchaos831! What helps you stay away from SI?

Right now, I'm not feeling like doing much from having surgery other than lying around or sitting on the computer or my phone. Plus, if I ended up needing medical attention, I would have to have my mom drive me or call for help because I am not cleared to drive yet (from the surgery). I had a friend take me to get cigarettes on Monday, and a 15 minute trip to the corner store exhausted me... and caused my pain to jump quite a bit.

I haven't been around a lot, can't even remember how long it's been since my last SI. I've been really depressed lately though and have had lots of thoughts.

It's been a few days, don't really feel like looking it up... but I'm having some major urges right now... I haven't cut since a couple weeks before surgery. Anything I've done since then has been something else. I'm craving actual cutting right now. The ritual of it. The image of it. I don't even really know if I want to not do it at this point. I've been trying to distract all morning. I've eaten also. And I still want to do it...

One day. It was kind of a weird way (to me) to SH (don't want to explain it because it would need all sorts of trigger warnings). It kind of stopped the obsessive thoughts though. For once I don't feel that need today.
