Today is day zero. Cut yesterday and then a little head banging after midnight... really so tired of having to fight with this crap... wish I could just get over it.

I'm really just focused on trying to get/stay well. I give myself an incentive to get to a certain number of days and then I get a reward. The anti-psychotic that I'm on has been really quite helpful even though it makes me gain weight, ugh, but just taking that regularly/daily and doing journaling has been helpful. Trying to eat right, keep moving, writing here on PC, opening up more to friends, cuddling with my cat, and using my coping skills that I learned in therapy.

I got a serious bruise on my chest recently, while trying to get on top a wall. It is healing now.

But now I'm feeling a longing to feel a pain again - maybe to fill the ever deepening void inside me.
Also emotionally disturbed and feeling rejected. Recently I have very little to distract myself with.

I no longer need a blade or a sharp object since I have become good at making something sharp with whatever I have around. This time it is a blister pack of ADs I'm taking. Quite ironical it sounds..
