I wasn't even aware it had been so long til recently (well, today in fact when I thought about it).
I just didn't need to for a while
I had lots of thoughts
But didn't act
Until last night
No real trigger, just the urge and I carried thru on it
No reason to feel depressed
But I do
Should be fine
But I'm not
Stupid blade- why didn't it stay in the bin when I put it there- I am too weak
But my scalp is sore and red and bleeding too
Can't put my fingers in the bin
Can't hide those sores from the world

Please don't be so hard on yourself. You are working hard and sometimes we relapse. Today is another day that you can start SI free.

Don't beat yourself up for slipping up. No one is perfect. Everyone slips up sometimes. Be proud of yourself for making it for three months. And then try to shoot for four months next time. 3mths and i blew it...

3 months is a fantastic job. You proved to yourself that you can manage without it ... now you just keep trying, and get right back up and try to go for a little bit longer this time around.

You are not weak, you are strong.

awwwwww, thanks for the support everyone. I feel better already 3mths and i blew it...
I never thought of it in days, lyn. 90 is quite a lot eh?! (and it wasn't until my post that I even realised that it was 3mths). So that makes me feel better too, knowing I went for so long. It is just so frustrating...the urges are so strong yet the 'want' to stop is just as strong...I am SOOOO over SI lololol
