Yesterday was a good day! In therapy I spent about 10 minutes as a fully integrated person! As my T and I were talking and coming up with solutions to a work problem all my little parts came together and it felt wonderful. I made a couple of comments to which my T said "that sounded like an adult statement." Which pointed out the emotional space I was working from and helped both of us be aware of how I was feeling. We dropped the current topic and focused on just how I was feeling at the moment. It was the neatest feeling. I can't describe it here but I felt worried about the situation I was talking about but perfectly capable of taking care of the problem. I felt like I had the power. It was spendid.

The other great thing is my daughter and I are going to go to the Deck the Hall Ball in Seattle! We get to see Modest Mouse, Snow Patrol, Franz Ferdenand and a couple of other bands. I am excited and totally freaked out at having to drive up there and find parking but Mostly I am excited.

That's exciting! I'm glad for you, and I hope you really enjoy the ball, and that you can remember how it felt to be fully integrated so that you can experience that more and more and more. Two good things
Love,
Wendy
