I haven't done anything wrong so far ...

Does that count?

Is it okay for me to just jump in on this?

Not doing anything wrong is doing something right I'd say.

I was tempted to give in to an addiction of mine today, I already felt the excitement that overcomes me before I indulge but this time I didn't and the urge subsided.

I'll talk about yesterday, since it's early in the morning here.

I called my aunt (reached out to someone) to get support for my current depression.

I did the same with my brother (emailed him a second time, after having not heard back from my first email). I also called a friend of mine, who wasn't home. I'm trying not to shoulder this burden alone anymore. Oh, I also started a new thread in the depression forum, hoping to get support. (I only got two responses, but it was better than nobody.)

Gave a couple of people my best, non judgemental advice. Up to them to take it if it's right for their situations, but I put my best foot forward to try and be helpful.

I reminded myself of the positive experience I had on a week-long service trip in the past, and how much I was able to step outside of my comfort zone and bond with others. I tried to renew my positive world outlook.

Kicked my boss's legs out from under him (symbolically speaking). He and the manager were reading the drawing wrong and then showed how we were behind 5 years in updating our paperwork so we did the testing correctly.

Can't wait for that to come back against me ...

I was more respectful to my husband than I had been yesterday (I know better but I went there anyway ...).

Today it's too early to say, but yesterday I attended all the commitments I made: DBSA facilitators' meeting, bowling with my husband and step-granddaughter and out to dinner afterwards
