Everything I've done so far today is "right." I've been viewing my every move so harshly lately and woke up this morning telling myself that it's all okay - - that my self esteem is a big part of the problem. I need to view myself as "good" regardless what happens.

I forced myself to eat a a decent lunch then a healthy dinner. I was going to goto the gym too but my willpower evaporated.

I tried out some EFT "tapping" exercises when I first got up out of bed. Also today I went to the gym for the first time in weeks. Anxiety and depression had been getting in my way. So yay..it's a step or two forward

I went to my psych appointment today, even though I was tired and had a hard time forcing myself out of bed. I feel better after going, we really had a good chat.

I managed to stay on track with my moods, although I really don't have control over them. I stayed on my diet, day 2 and i even felt like sticking to my nightly routine. It wasn't too much like it is a lot for me. Now i am going to put my kids to bed. Hopefully i can stay on track tomoroow. Night all

I am doing laundry, kept my appointment with my T and am trying mightily to keep it together despite my recent anxiety and panic attack over my inability to concentrate on work.
