A huge bug was just on my pillow! How did it get there? Where did it come from? I killed it with bug spray but now I'm completely panicked!

Feel good so far-no anxiety beast tromping around on my delicate psyche
I did get a bit anxious yesterday talking to my Mom-which happens way to often-but I kept the conversation short as I was playing some board games. My tdoc suggested last week to cut back on talking to them since they drive me so freakin crazy. Wish we could have a more "normal" relationship (whatever that means) big sigh.

I find bugs in my house, they like to come in from the cold. You killed it and it's gone....take a deep breath.

Family holiday gathering tonight — the good blood relatives that I love and therefore look forward to seeing. What I'm anxious about is the point in the evening when the conversation turns to "So what about you, Angelene? Anything new?" and I have absolutely nothing going on so my answer is no and I'm the big loser in the house.

You can say you made some new friends (you don't have to say we're online!). My anxiety is undergoing a constant ebb and flow today. The noise from downstairs doesn't help. Hydroxyzine helped a bit though.

I was a bit anxious earlier today-made myself 2 big cups of Tension Tamer tea & talked with my daughter. I'm feeling pretty mellow now.

What is tension tamer tea? Is it like Chamomile?

Low anxiety today. My best friend came over today and we had pizza and watched TV. It was fun

I've been anxious and admittedly *****y today. No panic attacks, though I was tempted to punch stuff a few times. Mostly when boxes fell and almost hit me.

Tension Tamer Tea is made by Celestial Seasonings. I prefer the one made with valerian.

Anxiety is low today but has been replaced with crippling depression, so there's that.

My anxiety usually spikes around this time of day, but I'm doing good. I'm going to play solitaire for a little while on my iPod then read my book.

Anxiety is bad now. I don't know why, maybe because I'm not sleepy and I should be.

Anxiety hasn't been bad today at all. However, I find it annoying when people point out I look anxious, when I'm not.

Newbie here . . . been having extreme anxiety and panic attacks after my boyfriend proposed Friday . . . No idea what I should do . . . going to my counselor today at 5 . . . haven't had to take a Xanax all day yesterday or today (so far), but still pretty on edge . . . not looking forward to counselor appointment - I know I will have panic talking about the issues and I'm afraid the counselor won't help much . . . I feel like this is something I have to figure out myself but that makes me even more anxious . . . so anxious and worried and sad and scared for my BF's feelings . . .
